I should start by saying I hate writing bad reviews, however, not everyone is perfect and it's important to see the bad within the good. I'm sure Valentina's does a great job. This review is not based on their job quality but on their customer service. When I called to see if they had experience with Military Regulations, the lady who answered was incredibly short and rude. She made it very clear that she was extremely busy and then rattled off all the jobs she currently has.
