(note: its really hard to get anything out of silk). when I picked it up, it looked brand new. Highland Cleaners may not be dirt cheap, but you can bet that you will have 100% satisfaction and your clothes will be done in a timely fashion. It is family owned and operated, so even better than supporting an awesome business, but you also are supporting the local economy!!

Make sure that if you want to estimate how much you'll pay, weigh the bags beforehand. Definitely on time for pick up and was even early on delivery. The folding is definitely a perk, and they even folded the way I normally do. Overall great experience.

I reached back out them and they said they were not working anymore but it was family owned so they would make a call. They did and shortly after my clean laundry was returned. However the next time I attempted to book they allowed me to schedule on the app but no one ever showed up and none of my calls were answered. I tried for a good week straight before just moving on to a different company. Weird behavior I definitely would not recommend.
