Breeze provides a high level of care to their patients. One of my kids is not the best at the dentist, refuses to get their teeth checked and both dentist have been patient, kind, understanding and helped them ease into cleaning their teeth. Because of their kindness & patience over the last year and half our latest visit was a success for that child and had a great appointment with lots of teeth cleaning! The office staff is friendly & nice. You always know what you are going to get billed & what the plan is for each visit with detailed information on it. When relaying information to my kids they do it an informative way so the kids understand and it doesn't scare them into thinking they can't eat something or that something bad is going to happen. Their technology in the office is great & the prizes for the kids are fun features the kids & I appreciate to help motivate & keep the appointment moving along. I was in need of a dental office that would take my insurance. Throughout the months before, I had negative experiences with my new insurance plan as there were a lot of hiccups. The office staff took it immediately in their hands to make any needed insurance clarifications. I exactly knew my cost breakdown on our arrival. The whole appointment took place in a kind and professional manner. My two little girls were naturally apprehensive about getting their teeth checked, but the doctor was very kind and efficient. The whole staff was so great with my girls (5 & 2 years) and they stayed calm and patient throughout the whole session. My older one needed to get a little cavity fixed. It was the end of the afternoon, and a new appointment was discussed at that point. I was about to go on a longer trip during the summer. Therefore, we all decided to better get it fixed right away before the tooth gets worse. Dr. Zarkesh did some overtime to accommodate us which I was also really super grateful for. After our visit I felt relieved and grateful. I had real peace of mind after the visit. All in all it was a super nice experience at Breeze Pediatric Dentistry. read more
