Beware of using this company. Craft installed a furnace in…read moremy home 7 months ago. The furnace and installation had to be completely re-done due to safety of venting and code violations. I filed a complaint with the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors at http://www.nclicensing.org/ The venting problems and code violations were discovered by a licensed HVAC repair company in Carrboro NC. I had them check my system after reading a news article in N&O about Craft in August 2017. The article raised suspicions about the quality of his character/ work. Expensive lesson learned.

Horrible customer service and having a ton of problems with a brand new $20k system they installed…read more Constantly having issues and then their workers come over and do nothing to fix the problem. They ran vents under my stair case. Ran up my bills with an extra sump pump even though they could have just ran the piping one foot further into existing sump pump. Now I'm pissed bc the whole thing is frozen and they want an exorbitant amount of money to come on the weekend. I hate boer brothers! I'm gonna report them to the attorneys general too.
