A young man named Connor P, helped get it out of my car and inspected the tires. In his opinion, the tires were okay, so he took the bike inside CC and filled up the tires. He explained that inner tubes are permeable and can lose air if not used. While inspecting each tire for leaks, he also adjusted my brakes. Ultimately, Connor's opinion was that the bike was fine and to go ahead and test ride it, which we did. Yes, Connor - the bike is fine. I am writing this review based of my very positive experience with Century Cyle (Connor P) and will recommend to all my friends that they consider Century Cyle for their future biking needs. I told him I would be driving from Cleveland on a Saturday, and he said he would try to address my issue on the spot, because of the long ride. Pete did just that.
