He has provided me with various suggestions and tips throughout the years and he also assisted me with purchasing my first road bike 3 years ago. They made us feel like we the customer were important. They answered all our questions and from start to finish they were the same. We did see a mom and her two young children come in and look for bikes. You can see how they made sure that the child was looking at the right bike for their size. The child was so excited to get in the bike. So cute. If it were based on their knowledge, awesome personalities alone we would have purchased bikes just because we know that after the sale they would be there for the customer. I won't use them again…read more While I was initially impressed with their turn-around time, I told them I needed my bike ready for a long, multi-day ride. I also had to buy extra inner tubes for the ride -- and when they didn't have my size, the guy said the next size up would work (didn't -- too big). I had a TON of mechanical problems during the ride and had to be SAG-ed in at several points. Nothing on the bike was working right -- and one of the mechanics on the ride told me that Joy Machines should have noticed and fixed several of the issues (or at least warned me about them). I decided to give them a try after a friend recommended them -- and it was a terrible mistake. Never again.
