I am on vacation and wanted crabs I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. What a mistake they didn't have any crabs and since I drove 30mins I decided to get an order of steamed shrimp and hush puppies. I walked in and there were two people waiting for their food. I placed my order and 20 mins later still waiting after 30 mins I asked for a refund the chick with the blue hair working said she wasn't allowed to refund me my money I asked to speak with the manager she said I can speak with the owners son who never came out I spoke with a rude woman that said my order would be right out another 10 min I'm still waiting finally my order was ready and some shims were steamed and others weren't . Breezy Seafood Market only just opened three weeks ago.. this is a take only business.... you can also phone in your orders as well... They have a large variety of fresh fish to chose from, Black Sea Bass, Croaker, Blue Crab, Porgies, Catfish, Spots, Tilapia, Large Shrimp, Florida Bream & Mullet...And a long list of items to chose from on the menu... The fish we ordered , was the Fried Croaker and the Fried Flounder... the fish was cooked to perfection, very delicious taste..It was just the right amount of flakiness...not too hard fried or extremely greasy... just simply clean cooked... This place absolutely sucked. My wife and I bought two fish dinners from there recently and we asked for extra crispy fish. When we received our order and began to eat the fish after leaving, the taste was very bland and the fish was very undercooked, in fact it was slimy. We took the fish dinners back and the lady at the register told us that she did not know what to tell us about the food and that she could not do anything for us. So we just left the food on the counter and walked out and was out of almost $25 dollars. The food was bad and the customer service was even worst. I will never go back ever again. read more

Breeze on past Breezy's. Terrible. Had to wait 45 minutes for a to-go order. While I was standing there, they had forgotten part of another customer's order. The shrimp and scallops were overcooked and the breading was way too salty. They forgot hush puppies and one of our sides. When I tell you all this place is so AMAZING. Wow! My husband and I each had a combo plate with 2 pieces of whiting, 1/4 lb of scallops, double fries, and hush puppies for $11.99! They gave us so much food I couldn't eat it all at once (and I'm eating for two.lol). Everything was so hot & fresh by the time I got home. Seasoned to pure perfection & not greasy at all! I ordered from here today for the first time. I was not impressed. ALL of the food was overcooked. I got fish, shrimp and oysters with coleslaw and okra as my sides. As others have said before me, the hushpuppies were really good. The fish was fried with the skin still on and I came across several bones. The oysters were a very dark brown and tasted gritty. The shrimp was ok, but again overcooked. The coleslaw smelled a bit strange so I didn't attempt to eat that. If you like your seafood fried WELL, then this is the place for you. read more

Went on 3-27-21 about 1PM. Visited for 2nd time approximately 2 weeks ago on a weekday. The lady at the counter was somewhat new. She was very nice and there was a friendly atmosphere. Went on the above date and it was as if it was a different seafood market. The atmosphere was unprofessional. No regard for customers being present. We did not matter. They were doing their own thing. No regard for the customers. They were loud. Cookie and a younger female was at the counter. Cookie was loud, rude and unprofessional. I was trying to pay for my order. Cookie was on the phone with a customer. While the young female was talking to me, Cookie interrupted and rudely asked questions. No excuse me. Why couldn't she ask the person on the phone to hold on until the young female finished helping me? Rude! Disrespectful. Don't know if we will go back. Didn't like this visit.
