We found each other by accident while I was shopping Facebook Marketplace for furnishings for the home. She mentioned she had been managing a house for an owner who lived abroad and had just sold the property, and she was helping sell the furnishings. She had been their housekeeper, and it quickly became clear she was exactly the kind of person I was looking for. Because we were operating remotely at the time, communication and dependability were critical. I needed someone fluent in English who could do more than just clean; someone who could be my eyes and ears in the home. Paty has now worked with us for over 8 years and has helped care for as many as 12 homes at one time as our business grew. She is consistent, dependable, and extremely thorough. Paty takes pride in her work and stands behind it personally. She is proactive and always lets us know if she notices anything that needs attention, such as leaks under sinks, loose fixtures, burned-out light bulbs, or maintenance concerns. That level of care is rare. She is also completely trustworthy. Over the years, she has recovered and safeguarded many items left behind by guests so we could return them to their owners. When Paty says she will be there, she is there, on time, every time, and she is the one doing the work herself, which means you always know what quality to expect. She brings her own supplies, leaves thoughtful finishing touches like decorative towel and tissue arrangements, and always leaves the home with her signature "Fresh Breeze" scent, which is also the name of her company. Paty is also wonderful with homes that have pets, and does an excellent job cleaning after our many four-legged guests. Over the past 8 years, our Airbnb properties have maintained a 4.95-star rating across nearly 500 reviewed stays, and cleanliness has been one of the biggest reasons for that success. I saw her work at two separate Airbnb's we stayed at & was given her info with glowing recommendations. Patty is very thorough. She moves the dog crate to get to the hair & dust bunnies. The office is cleaned without being disturbed. She is super easy to communicate with & she listens! Her rates are very reasonable given the size of the house & what she has to deal with: senior dog + 3 teenaged boys = other cleaning services just turned around & ran. My house looks & smells great & I no longer have to be mad at the men in my life for being gross. At the end of the day, communication is key in any relationship. I've found it best to be reasonable in your expectations...but I will say she was able to remove a large black mark on my brand new counter that the installer swore was part of the white stone!
