We had remembered what a great job Enders had done on my laptop and immediately went to see Kay. She said that hackers hide in places and could get in again any time. Long story short she took all my files off and cleaned them and reinstalled. She also makes a back up of originals so nothing gets lost. She made me feel at ease when I thought I lost something very important, she new where it was all the time. She really cares for her customers and give 150%.
