Spoke with the guy standing at the kiosk to pay and explained my issue. He told me that they are no longer allowed to wash the back of your vehicle. And he also said because I had an antenna on the front of my vehicle that the back would not be properly cleaned. I would have been happy if I got to go through a second time and got my car cleaned. I would have been happy if I received a refund. What did I get? "I'll open the gate so you can leave".

They charged me $205 just to tell me the cause was worn engine and transmission mounts on a vehicle that's only 6 years old. I previously worked in Toyota service, and based on my experience, this was not a mount issue and certainly did not match the symptoms I was feeling. This was on top of a $100 oil change for a 4-cylinder engine. If you simply want to throw money away, then take your car here. Otherwise, I'd recommend finding a dealership that values honesty and accurate diagnostics. Ken Kirby, I hope that $205 was worth it, because I'll be sharing my experience everywhere I can.
