And the bartenders were spot on with a drink or beer when needed. Just what we needed after some full days of walking through the historic town that is so full of great things to see. In hindsight, just about everything we ate in Stockholm was simply on another level. The quality and care that goes into the preparation is simply superior to what occurs back home. Dishes are kept simple and made with fresh ingredients. Everything is made to order. So all in all despite some of my initial reluctance we ended on a high note and had a great lunch. If you're young and hip this is definitely a place to go.

I was awed at the cozy pub feel and excellent line up of taps and bottles. The bartender asked what I'd like, and I told her I was looking to try regional IPAs. She took me around one side of the bar to a fridge filled with a great assortment of beers from the area and proceeded to recommend some IPAS from trending breweries. I started with a Dugges High Five IPA that was near perfect. She let me sample a couple other beers and I again took her suggestion and opted for a Zodiak IPA from Omnipollo. It a had a nice hop taste with floral hints which she described perfectly. She was one of the more knowledgeable bartenders I ran across in my search for IPA perfection in Stockholm. The traditional pub ambiance was perfect, it had a nice outdoor seating area, and it was perfectly maintained inside and out. My only regret is that I didn't eat there but instead went to a plce a few blocks over where I didn't have as stellar an experience. Next time, if I'm lucky to be in Stockholm again I'll be back to this place.
