Let me start out by saying that I absolutely despise coffee in all ways, shapes, and forms. How then, does a coffee shop earn five stars? The reasons are many: 1. There is a marked crosswalk from the business right to the sidewalk, making it very easy and safe for pedestrians to visit 2. The service is absolutely unbeatable! Everybody I've had the pleasure of dealing with there has invariably been exuberantly friendly, professional, and enthusiastic 3. The shop is absolutely spotless! I've scarcely seen any business that is this clean 4. There is plenty of outdoor seating 5. They offer LOTS more than just coffee! Pastries, muffins, coffee cakes, quick breads are all hugely portioned, fresh, and delicious. Their fruit smoothies are amazing (definitely smoothies and not "chunkies" as other places offer). I stopped in on a whim during one of my daily walks, and was SERIOUSLY impressed! I've been back a few more times since, and the employees there already seem to know me (the last visit, one asked me how my walk was going). I am seriously impressed, and love visiting here. Visiting has become my regular Sunday splurge.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place !! Made a pit stop to have some coffee and loved their flavour. The ambience is nice and cozy. Only drawback is that the coffee size was big for a mocha and I couldn't customise it. If you like dark chocolate then this place is ideal. I couldn't try their pastry as they were sold out but will come back to try their coffee again

Amazing. I got a Belgian latte with oak milk.

We got a Belgian latte, strawberry wave and hot breve all delicious. Definitely a must try

Great customer service and it's delicious! Was my first time going :) got the berry bomb smoothie and it's really good

Okay, here's the thing. I really like supporting the mom and pop little coffee stands/shops. I'd rather go to some place like this over Starbucks any day. With that, there's always a risk of the experience only being average (in hopes of it being amazing.) This place quality of coffee and food was simply average. I got a blended white cow add mocha and vanilla. I get the same thing (white chocolate, add regular mocha and vanilla frap) at this place called Gravity Coffee and it's the best thing ever so I was hoping it wasn't too far off at this place. (BTDub - If you're every in the Tacoma, Olympia, Puyallup area you MUST check out Gravity Coffee #JustSayin.) It's not like my drink here was bad by any means, just wasn't amazing which is disappointing. It was heavy on the espresso flavor. So, if you're in the mood for that, definitely try it, but I like when the flavors blend well together and in this one the espresso was just overpowering. I read in a different review that they don't use a frap base, (unfortunately, after I already ordered the drink) so that is probably why the blend seems off. I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Now, I wish I could separate my star ratings from food, to drink, to service because the food was awful. It's on an English Muffin, (so pretty basic) but it wasn't even toasted which gave it a true 1 star. The service would've received 5 stars. The woman was super nice. She even told me the name of a different drink that I could've ordered (if I ever come back) that way I don't get charged for all the extra flavors. Unfortunately, by this point, I was already thinking of how I wasn't going to come back so I didn't bother to remember the name. Also, the branding and physical appearance would receive 5 stars in my book too! Its truly a cute little place. I love the fonts of the menu and the sandwich packaging. (That's just the business person in me, so if you're not the type that pays attention to those details, again, it's not worth coming to. LOL)

    Split cup seam

Despite saying they are no longer using the holiday cup, today (Match 3) I purchased an americano at the Vancouver store hoping the problem was solved. It was in a holiday cup and, right on cue, within 30 minutes hot coffee started running out of the seam. Fortunately it was double cupped so I could pour it into the outer cup rather than just throwing it out. Americanos are obviously incompatible with the glue used in the cups yet the company continues to ignore the problem and liability.

First off, this is the BEST NAME FOR A COFFEE SHOP!!!! My new addiction = Dark Chocolate Mocha's!!! OH MY GOODNESS Mandarin Orange Dark Chocolate is FANTASTIC! The barista's were really nice, one suggested that I try the Dark Chocolate with soy, and that was a great suggestion! You'll want to add a cookie to your order, their cookies were so good!

YUM! Sugar free Italian soda with alternative to milk! Happy Hour! :)

We are loving Happy Hour! And for those wondering since Yelp keeps asking... this location is a Pokemon Go Gym site. Good luck!

I popped in on a weekday morning and it was bustling with people. The line wasn't long and I got helped quickly. The person taking my order was friendly and offered solid information comparing their chai to the London fog. He proceeded to ask me about my day and seem like he actually cared. I wasn't sticking around, but there were open tables. Things were clean. They also have plenty of room to sit outside if you'd like. There are pastries and some cold drinks in a case. There aren't a lot of gluten free options, but they did have one muffin I could have had. The drink preparation takes a bit of time. There were people already waiting and many of their drinks have special preparations (pour overs, steeping the tea). Have a minute to wait. I had the London Fog and the baristas advice held true. The flavor was worth the wait and I will surely go back. They roast their own coffee and make you feel welcome. Plus, there's a bookstore across the street. Love all around.

Keebler coffee always hits the spot…read more Comfortable, cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating. Always, excellent service! Dihlyla is a gem! I love the Matcha and Mr. Wonderful sticks with his staple, a mocha.

(If not for D, this would be a 1 star review)…read more I've been a regular at Keebler Coffee for about a year, and until recently the service has always been solid. But over the last two Saturdays, my experience has been extremely disappointing because of the new barista, M. Two weeks ago, M waited on every person in front of me, but when it was my turn, she never took my order. She spent some time finishing (or appearing to finish) tasks for earlier customers, but once those were done, she drifted into random, meaningless tasks instead of helping the people waiting at the counter. My order was never taken at all--I stood there for 15 minutes and eventually left. It was one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I've ever had. This past Saturday wasn't any better. There were only about seven people in the café--three of them in my group--and yet M still couldn't figure out who a prepared sandwich belonged to. The same thing happened with a drink order. She simply couldn't identify which customer the items were for, even in a very small crowd. It was disorganized and frustrating to watch. Once again, the only thing that kept the situation from completely falling apart was D, the barista who consistently provides excellent service. D stepped in, tracked down the correct customers, took orders efficiently, fixed the mistakes M made with mine, and kept the café running smoothly. D is professional, attentive, and clearly cares about the customer experience. It's easy to understand why she seemed frustrated--she was essentially doing her job and M's at the same time. Keebler Coffee has been one of my favorite local stops, but M's lack of basic customer service skills--difficulty taking orders, organizing them, and delivering them--has made my last two visits extremely disappointing. If it weren't for D stepping up and keeping things on track, this review would be much harsher. I truly hope management addresses what's happening, because the service here used to be dependable.
