Always love it here!! Great service, food and pastries!! This visit I brought my friend from Arizona- She loved it! I had the Onion Soup which was so flavorful and very rich. My friend and the Tuna melt and it was huge! We both loved our meals and purchased a pastry for later because the soup is so filling! It's great coming to a place you KNOW will be good and you will leave pleased with the experience!! Kudos

We love going to LaProvence for breakfast. Food and service are ALWAYS amazing. Today they were featuring one of our absolute favorites, chorizo and egg hash. Everything about this dish is a power punch of flavor, spice and presentation. I would love to see this come back as a permanent menu item again. It's the best chorizo hash I have ever had!

Clean environment with outdoor seating. La Provence continues to provide stellar customer service and their food never disappoints. We have never dined here without purchasing some of their fresh breads or pastries. We recommend you do too.

Pretty sure my life's niche is finding myself at the best brunch spots. Went with family, and we all have VERY different taste palettes so the fact we all left satisfied was pretty exciting. It was packed with people as it's a pretty popular spot, but service was still great. Felt a little crammed so I'd like to try to find out when they are slower so I can enjoy not being shoulder to shoulder with the neighboring table. I got the La Provence Benedict and there was so much flavor. It was one of those meals that left you sad after because you ate it too fast and now your plate is empty. 10/10 - will be back.

10 years ago I loved going to La Provence on Alberta, but the last few years at the Vancouver location have been not as impressive. Assuming overall there's been a menu change. Food looks impressive but taste left a lot more to be desired. There was 3 of us with different orders and we were not too impressed. Service was good, and it's always clean.

Had brunch today at 11am. We ordered two tuna melts sandwiches, one with a salad, one with potato salad and eggs, bacon and croissant hashbrowns breakfast. The tuna melts were very good did not care for the potato salad. It has horseradish and was looking for a normal homestyle potato salad my breakfast was not very good hashbrowns burnt. The eggs were small and the bacon had a funny taste to it. The croissants are always outstanding and their desserts are great, but I'll probably not go back for a while. Too many other places in town that serve outstanding breakfast for the same amount of money or even less. Waiter was awesome and we were sat immediately.

Best brunch place in Vancouver, WA imo, hands-down. Presentation: 5/5 (work of art) Tastiness: 5/5 (Didn't know brunch could taste this good) Value: 4.5/5 (Pretty big portion size for the price, a tad expensive) Service: 5/5 (Checked up on us and very friendly) Cleanliness: 4.5/5 (Clean even on a rainy day) Noise level: moderate to loud

First time to go here. We are visiting from Arizona my brother and sister in-law thought it would be a great place to have brunch. They were correct! Love there croissants! I had a Le Provence Benedict with butternut squash and potatoes. It was a very filling meal and a great combination of flavors! The servers were very nice and attentive. The area is packed with people outside is a nice place to eat but we went inside so we didn't have to wait.

Came in for a quick breakfast. Colby was a great waiter. He is so good he was training a newbie. He found out my name by see my computer and saw my name on it and address me by my name. What a good way to catch my attention. I got the omlette with minus tomatoes add peppers. When they give you peppers they give all kinds of different peppers like red, orange and green. My omlette was pretty good. It seemed like it was overcooked as it was kind of spongy and brown in the outside. I don't remember if it came with cheese or not but I realized after I left that there was no cheese on it or in it. The croissants with the jam are delicious and so are the cappuccinos. The hashbrowns are plentiful and crispy too. This place is always packed no matter what the time or day. I have been going in by myself and have sat the counter each time. I think I might try something else the next time I got there.

We FINALLY tried this spot! I've heard so much about how amazing this spot is and it's ALL true! We stopped by a few weekends ago. Everything tasted so good, the benedict was perfect, the croissant paired so well with the eggs and ham. Also who doesn't love potatoes, the hash browns were perfect, light crispy and soft on the inside. The fried chicken and gravy was perfect with the biscuit. The latte was strong. Definitely a cute brunch spot to come back to or bring guests to! There was a short wait on a Saturday morning but staff was speedy. Interior is also super cute, plaza had ample parking.

What an experience! We enjoyed every second of our brunch at La Provence. We were seated quickly and our server was attentive but not overbearing which was perfect. My husband had the west coast salmon Benedict and he loved it. I had the Traditional Benedict which was a classic done to perfection. I also had the butternut squash on the side which was a light compliment to the Benedict. The ONLY change we would have made was a bit more hollandaise sauce on them both but that was quickly remedied by our server.

I'm from out of town and my in-laws brought us here before heading to the airport on a Monday. Tons of parking and a Lovely comfortable restaurant. Our waiter was awesome (i should have got his name) Food was good my favorite was the fresh croissant and raspberry jam. I would come again on my next visit.

We originally found the Sedgwick on a cold winter's night in 2023. We stopped in for what we planned was a quick appetizer and drink. We ended up staying for dinner at the bar. The bar is well lit and very classy. The staff is dressed appropriately. Drinks are very good but do take a minute to craft. They are on the pricy side. The food is absolutely wonderful. Truly. Excellent food, excellent chef. However, for the portion size, it's pricey. One can understand they are doing this intentionally to maintain a higher class of patrons but the tab was a bit jarring. We've been back a couple times, took friends once. They enjoyed it but they too, did mention the prices. Great place in the heart of downtown. We'll be back. Hopefully they'll adjust portions to match their pricing.

Best meal of our lives…read more My husband and I decided to try our first "Chef's Tasting Menu" experience here at Le Pigeon for our Wedding Anniversary. There are 5 courses, with a 6th extra dessert, and a 7th course for $30 more. We asked for all 7 because everything on the menu sounded good and I was worried I would still be hungry afterwards. We opted for the selected wine pairing and took a 20 minute walk around the block before driving. The wine was amazing, so we're glad we chose that option. We definitely want to try the non-alcoholic pairing next time, now that we know we can trust their expertly curated selections to be exceptional. We were surprised: 1) that in addition to the 7 items we were also served an amuse-bouche, Ken's Artisan bread with garlic confit, and a chocolate truffle made in house with the check (so many additions!) 2) that the staff gave us new, clean silverware with every dish (fancy!) 3) that each staff member was knowledgeable about every item served. We were really impressed with the attention to detail, knowledge, care, pride, and service. I was speechless when tasting the seared foie gras with the hint of salt on top. My husband could taste the glaze that had been brushed onto the duck tornado. The profiterole was mind blowing. 11/ 10 would recommend for anyone that can afford this experience.

While the foie gras didn't quite land for me (likely a reflection of my unsophisticated palate more than the dish itself) it was still an experience I'm glad I had. The staff were expert conversationalists who struck the perfect balance of knowledge and warmth and enthusiasm... making it feel completely okay to be excited, curious and new to this kind of dining. The blackberry mousse with ice cream. Crying with joy! It was so extraordinary it sparked conversation among neighboring tables. Every detail felt intentional, even the cutlery. It was exciting and really cool and humbling, all at once. I arrived feeling a little out of my depth and left completely enchanted. For what it's worth, 10 outta10 recommend.

We were provided with complimentary tomato bisque in cute little cups to start off the meal. It had a nice, light spicy kick that immediately got things going. We ordered the clam chowder with bone marrow, and this was absolutely the best clam chowder we have ever had. The dish comes with a cooked bone marrow on top that you're meant to scrape into the chowder, along with five medium clams still in their shells. Remove everything from the shells, scrape that glorious bone marrow into the chowder, and give it a really good stir. Keep the bone in the bowl for the extra flavor. Then enjoy what might be the best clam chowder of your life. We also ordered the beef tongue, which was another amazing appetizer. The combination of horseradish, tiny potato salad, capers, crispy little pork rind pieces, and the sauce on top of the beef tongue was SO flavorful. I was, indeed, back in divine food heaven. For our entrees and sides, we ordered the green beans, skirt steak, and pork chop. The green beans had an Asian-inspired preparation with fish sauce, cashews, and Thai basil. They were incredibly flavorful, with the Thai basil adding a nice freshness. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked to medium and seasoned beautifully with smoky flavors. The accompanying chimichurri added a fresh, herby contrast. And then there was the pork chop, which was a hugeeeee surprise! Our waitress told us it was one of their most popular dishes, and now I understand why. It was huge, perfectly cooked, beautifully grilled, and served with a slightly sweeter sauce that worked so well with the pork. We ended the meal with sorbet, which was fantastic and a refreshing way to finish everything. My life is complete!
