Sponsored by the Pickford Cinema and held about once-a-month during the summer, the Rooftop has been a family favorite event of ours for years. And it's only gotten better with time. They now have food vendors, a beer garden, and a HUGE blow-up screen - not to mention a great sound system. It's seriously THE place to see and be seen (and see a movie)! Bring yourself a chair, and a blanket 'cuz it does get a little breezy up there. We like to grab a pizza to go and eat it during the movie. Oh and parking is free too!

At one point I did ask them if they could turn it down a few notches. (I apologized and said "with risk of sounding like a Karen or an old lady, but it is so loud and I cannot hear across the table). She laughed said no problem and she could turn it down a little. (Funny inside it was like on volume level 4, but outside it was blasting!) The beer is decent, also about 3.5/5. For me the star of the show is the location and the view. The food truck out front the last time we went (January 2026) was Indian fare. It was honestly terrible. Looked like cat food (how fitting). Probably had a total of 3 pieces of chicken in my tikka masala. I would recommend avoiding that truck entirely. It was a thumbs down for all 4 people in our group.

There are both outdoor and indoor seating areas. The seats by the fire pits outside were all taken, so we stayed inside. They have a variety of board games, and we took advantage of that. While I enjoyed the atmosphere, I cannot say the same for one member of the staff. I tried ordering food, but I had an unpleasant encounter with the person taking my order. They seemed completely uninterested in their job and made it seem like I was burdening them by ordering food. I ended up not ordering anything. The person at the bar was nice, and I did not have any issues with them. Perhaps it was an off night for the one staff member, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Despite my encounter, I liked the bar. I would probably recommend going to the bar with the caveat about potentially having poor service.

Since there was only two other patrons at the bar I was able to chat up friendly beertender Angie. She said we had missed their farmers market on weekends. Soon they will have pumpkins then it will be Christmas trees... sounds like a fun place to shop and enjoy a local beer! The tap room is comfortable and fun w the garage doors. However the world cup falls on that day also and he was contacted and told they could not honor his reservation and return his deposit. However this caused us a lot of stress and I contacted them and they said we could just show up and find a table for 25 people. Did the business not know the world cup was coming and why did they take the reservation that he paid for. We will go there and hopefully find a table for 25 people. But in the future we will not spend a dollar at this business at all. The world cup is a short-term thing but we live here.

They offer all of the Stemma beer favorites, plus (of course!) their delicious Super Squeeze hard seltzer, and a small selection of ciders and wines. There's a food truck outside, too, and plenty of parking. I was also happy to see some familiar Stemma faces, as they're rotating staff from their og tap room. The vibe was definitely a little different here, but that's to be expected. Looking forward to spending some warm summer days in the beer garden here for sure!
