Shaken sandbar was great espresso drink. The owner was very nice and accommodating answering questions about her drinks . The location was cute and plenty of parking. Nice outdoor seating.

Great little coffee spot!! Coming from a super picky latte lover, this latte was delicious!! Not too sweet but very flavorful. No bitterness at all with the espresso. The pastries were yummy, guava cheese danish and double cinnamon croissant. The croissant would have been even tastier warmed up a bit! Our kids loved the lemonade and little umbrellas in the drinks. Service was so friendly and accommodating and really took our Littles into consideration! We will definitely return. Parking was free and easy....always a plus!

Ahh this place was so cute! I got a delicious latte and my boyfriend got the wave energy, both were amazing! Would totally recommend! Go support local businesses!!

If you haven't stopped by BrewKini Coffee yet, you're missing out on one of Seminole Heights' most refreshing little gems. The coffee is fantastic, but the energy surrounding this coffee spot is what makes it differentiate itself from all others...and the cocktail umbrellas on every drink! The menu is stacked with something for every level of coffee addict. From classic brews to creative specialty drinks, plus a wide range of creamer options, everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully crafted. And if coffee isn't your thing, the naturally-derived energy mocktails are a game changer -- bright, flavorful, and made with real ingredients that make you feel good instead of jittery. Service is consistently top-notch, and I have always been greeted with a genuine smile that sets the tone for a positive day. It's the kind of place that will instantly become part of your weekend routine. *If the owner is there, your experience will be as unforgettable as her! BrewKini is an island-themed coffee spot tucked right into the heart of Seminole Heights -- truly a little bit of the beach in Seminole Heights. And honestly, that vibe is exactly what it delivers: relaxed, sunny, and full of good energy. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Your taste buds (and your mood) will thank you!

This coffee is amazing!!! I got the Boardwalk Mocha with a cream floater and it was delicious! My husband got the Beach Body mocha and it was also soo tasty. I love that they have so many options like the addition of protein, caffeine free, and refreshers. I also appreciate that milk alternatives are not at an additional cost. The theme is so cute, everyone is so nice, and the coffee is well worth it. OH and your drinks come with little umbrellas. I definitely recommend giving this new cafe a try, you won't regret it!

Waiting in line was kinda fun because they have a few things to look at such as their roaster where they make their own beans which is pretty cool. I ended up buying a bag of their beans and it also comes with a free black or americano coffee. Or if you don't want an extra cup you can add an extra shot for free into a drink you bought. Ordered the strawberry matcha and honey shaken espresso. The matcha is super good and it definitely makes my list of matcha places. The coffee was good but since there were three shots, my husband drank it cause it was too strong for me. Also got the breakfast sandwich was was a bit spicy but SO GOOD!! It's got a lot of flavor! They allow cute doggos in the place so it's fun seeing them come in lol Parking is not the best as you either park in the garage or the one directly across from sparkman which is paid so expect to add that in your coffee trip. This place is worth the visit.

Overall they were flavorful. One of the times I feel they didn't make it right and it was bitter and not enough milk. That's one of the 5 or so coffees I had here. Then I had one almond croissant and one baklava croissant. I'd say the baklava once was great with the flavor seemed to be baked in. The almond one was also fine but had more evident paste spread on it.

We were both pretty happy with our drinks. It was just what we were looking for. The ambiance was truly cute in there and it looks like they have outdoor sitting as well. I would definitely be back to try other coffee options and bring my friends and family. The pastries also looked delicious! Thank you for the great service! I would recommend !

I later Was told you have to make reservations to sit inside... which I have no problem doing but I didn't see that on any of the socials *shrugs* Owell. They gave me the wrong latte which actually tasted really good (I didn't even realize they did) but then was given the latte I ordered and it tasted burnt. Honestly, the whole experience just kept getting worse and the customer service isn't amazing (I'm not a picky person about customer service). Rather just go to a coffee shop that is less complicated. This place is super cute though so if you need IG pics definitely give it a try.

However - this place is killer. I've tried several lattes and the cold brew, and they are phenomenal. I've brought people coffee from here, and each person has agreed that it's some of the best we've had in Tampa recently. The ambiance is interesting - it's in a kitchen store. But it works! Inside this winding housing development, you'll find a small shopping plaza-gasoline on one end, dry cleaners on the other... and in between those bookends, a string of small businesses. And behind the door with all the flowers around it: Perfect Press Coffee. It's a hopping and popping kind of place. I've been there twice in the last year-and it's busy. It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business. To the right when you walk in: coffee, tea and sweet and/or savory small bites. There's bench seating along the wall, several small tables and two little couches in the middle. The decor is cute, cozy, modern and slightly caffeinated. It's not a huge place but it's super popular. There are tables out front on the sidewalk, too. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.
