The mustard with the pretzel was great though. The burgers were a mess, and were not even patties - just chunks of ground beef held together with cheese. And it didn't taste like a burger. It was simply awful. We each took a bite then walked out. Fortunately you pay and order at the bar before you even sat down so we could just get out of there. The hose made kettle chips they advertise with Wop's seasoning - we literally saw the cook open a large bag of store bought chips and sprinkle pepper on them. We went somewhere else to eat after this. We're really own upset that they marketed their food as something it was clearly not. If you're all about the beers this place would probably be good. Just don't order food. Except the pretzel. That was decent.

We went two days in a row. The restrooms could use sprucing up. It's the great service we came back for but much better happy hour pricing just around the corner. I knew that Hollerbach's had a brewhouse where you can purchase everything you need to become a home brewer but I had no idea that they opened up this little taproom inside. They offer a variety of beers - Golden Lager, German Fest Beer, Irish Red Ale, Hazy IPA, Cran-Apple Sour, Double IPA, Belgian Tripel Ale, Belgian Strong Ale, and a Nitro Imperial Stout. They were also carrying several other local breweries brews, and they offer flights if you want to sample a little of everything. Pricing is on par with most other breweries in the area and you can even purchase smaller samples $3.50-$5.00 depending on the brew. I ordered the Krampus Belgian Strong IPA ($7.50) in spirit of the event going on and the guy at the counter gave me two cups half full. I asked him if he did that because of the foam and he said it was because they are 8oz servings due to the ABV percent is high. I understand that but why are you giving me two? He didn't say anything and said that would be $16.05, WTH?? Nancy was not happy with is nonchalant character all but I said, you know what I'll probably drink both anyways so no big deal, but honestly that is not an acceptable business practice and they guy just basically ignored our dissatisfaction at the situation. I admit that the beer was delicious but the employee's ownership of his mistake or ignorance to what just happened was a big turn-off. Great job on making this delicious brew but good luck keeping customers coming back with this guy running the tap and register.

The person who served us was really nice and had us sample as much as we liked until we found the taste we wanted. I forgot what it was called - but we got the Lager and IPA. Since it was an event, it just came on a plastic cup, making it easy to hold. It was a great fruity drink. I forgot what kind of berry they used, but it was pretty sweet and enjoyable. The bourbon they used was indeed high quality as the booziness lasted almost an hour. Though, thankfully I was still good enough do two rides on the mechanical bull and last for a decent account of time. And what was amazing about the drink was the cost, just 8 bucks! I would have expected to pay at least 10 dollars or more for a great quality drink for a special event, but 8 dollars was quite a steal. While I didn't go inside the restaurant/bar, I just enjoyed the outdoor entertainment at the strip mall, and tried the cocktail. Because of their excellent quality of the drink at the event, I definitely need to visit inside and try their beer selection as well in the future.

For our concert, the venue set up a Coleman cooler of water and small free water cups by the entry, but they did not make an effort to refill the water jug, so we got quite dehydrated and unhappy halfway through. Liquid death cans and cups of ice can be purchased for about the same cost as alcohol at the bar. Nutrl was only $6 and change, I was thrilled! The sound quality was EXCEPTIONAL! Kudos and a half to Tuffy's for excellent balance and not blowing our eardrums. The light show, meh, too many dark blends, too moody and could barely see the band. When most lit up, I enjoyed seeing the stage. The place got very crowded, very quickly. They need crowd control and to not overpack concert goers like sardines. What really stands out is the selection. They have a huge variety of beers (something for everyone), plus ciders, non-alcoholic options, and even soda. It's one of those places where everyone in your group will be able to find something they like. They don't serve food, but you're allowed to bring your own, which is a big plus. There's a wing spot just a few doors down that makes it super convenient to grab something and bring it back. They also host events throughout the week, my personal favorite is Wednesday night bingo. It's always a fun crowd and a good midweek activity. Overall, it's a great local brewery with a welcoming vibe, tons of drink options, and fun things to do. Drinks were passable, food was okay, service was among the worst I've had from any airport bar.

We ordered a couple rounds of drinks and the chips & salsa then paid. We then ordered more drinks and my husband noticed the gratuity listed on the menu. They also don't have drink prices listed on their menu. The measure all the alcohol so no extra pours here. You have to order at the bar for everything. If you sit at a table, the bartender will get your food from the kitchen counter and bring it to you. At first there was only one bartender then there was two. I'm not sure what the situation would have been like at a busy time. Most people were sitting at the bar. As you can see in the picture, more than half of our tortilla chips were small pieces. We were able to get extra salsa for free. It's your only choice for a restaurant but the security goes fast. We probably wouldn't get there as early if we used this airport again.
