Okay hands down my favorite brewery. They have this amazing Barley beer that will rock your world. The owners are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about beer. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you're happy and enjoying your beer. Ambiance is cool with seating right next to the operations. Love this place love their beer. I'll be back

This brewery is definitely a smaller, hole-in-wall type brewery, but surprisingly enough it had a decent selection and number of beers. And even though the beers weren't mind-blowing, I thought they were still delicious and the customer service was top-notch. Our bartender was super friendly and let us try a couple of different beers before deciding. She even went as far as to recommend, let us sample four or five before deciding, and then just chat with us for a bit. I really enjoyed my sample the chocolate vanilla cinnamon stout. So smooth and creamy, but not something I could drink a whole lot of so I went with a full pour of the Sunshine Greetings, their wheat tangerine hibiscus beer. So refreshing and full of flavor. All in all this was a memorable brewery and a cute stop along our beer trail.

I usually go on Thursdays for Bingo and Disc golf! It's such an awesome place and the people are all great! I love that they have events and the beers are great too. I've tried their Dancing Pierre, their Under Duck and their Boston Cream Donut Ale. Aside from having some interesting beer, they also have some delicious food trucks stop outside their place. Have o mentioned how nice the people are (both staff and customers). They are attentive and a lot of them are just awesome. When my hands have been full from carrying beer or food, I've had people open doors for me, numerous times! It's always a great time and I love spending my time here.

Out of way hole in the wall brewery with a nice diverse selection of beers! Each beer we tried was great, and I would definitely recommend stopping here. They are part of the Central Florida Ale Trail, are dog-friendly, have great service, and most seating is indoors.

Obsessed with the Stock in Trade sour with pineapple jalapeño syrup, which was recommended by the friendly bartender. A nice relaxed bar, at least on a Tuesday evening.

I recently attended a virtual beer tasting event through Yelp and fell in love with one of the beers from Central 28 that I had to go on a venture out to find more. My husband and I made a trip of it (along with my boys) and drove out to what felt like the middle of nowhere to see this cute little brewery. I love the decor in this place and the atomosphere is lovely. It is a pet friendly place as well as kid friendly. I saw they had a space out in the back you can lounge (and perhaps play games?) in but it was being used for a private event. So .. what is this magical beer that I sought out??? Sunshine Greetings, of course. My plan was to buy some 6 packs to keep at home and give as gifts to friends. To my dismay they were out :( Our only option was to buy a growler and we ended up doing it because "well... we drove out all this way..." I wish I had taken the time to call and ask and so that's my fault I guess. I believe it's their most popular beer? I ended up sampling a few beers while I was there and they were just fine... but please don't scorn me for the words I am about to say: I am not a craft beer lover. **gasp** It's true. Which is why I was so shocked to love Sunshine Greetings. And it just wasn't as satisfying out of the growler for me... there was just something about it being canned that did it for me. So. Perhaps I will venture out that way again and give it another try. Plus... I am very interested in the food truck that had out front too. We will definitely bring out appetite as well.

Great space tucked away through a residential area, in your typical warehouse setting. Central 28 has been on my list of brewery visits but I've never gotten around to venturing out to that neighborhood. The space when you first walk in has many tables, along with a small bar. We weren't sure what to order but they were more than happy to offer up as many samples as you'd like to try. It's pet friendly, we brought our pup and it wad nice to not worry if we couldn't bring him. They gave us a water bowl for him too. There's more seating further into the brewery where you can view all the cased beer and the tanks. Beers are priced pretty well, most of the full pours are $6. I ended up going with the Tail Wagger Wit a Belgian style witbier a citrus pear orange peel with lemon notes. Staff was really friendly and it was nice they offered as many samples as you'd like before ordering. I just wish they had a bigger selection on their beers. The bar had some complimentary candy, how sweet, a nice little snack! There's a food truck outside in the front if you're hungry but I'd assume it wouldn't always be the same. Nice brewery to check out if you're in the area.

One of the friendliest breweries on the Ale Trail. A little difficult to find, but worth the search. We visited on a Sunday where there was a food truck with delicious food. They also 4-square tournaments too!

This wonderful brewery, located in an industrial area of DeBary, has been opened for about a year. They have a small but interesting selection of beers at great prices. They have a $10 flight, which is a great way of sampling their most popular beers. I preferred the lighter ones. On each visit, we saw food trucks. So it seems like there is always a food trucks around. The staff was helpful, and they explained what each of their craft beer was. 4 stars...

What a fantastic small craft brewery right here in the heart of Central Florida!! Wonderous industrial views of the brewery werks from a small fun cozy space. I liked the beers okay, we ordered the $10 flight to try the lot and found a few favorites. Happy, friendly waitstaff. Mature, local crowd. Hidden gem? Looks like they do a fair bit of promotion. There's an event coming up and was a food truck meet up on the day we were in. Fun stuff.

The atmosphere was really laid back and comfortable. It had that casual downtown brewery vibe without feeling loud or chaotic, which made it easy to actually hang out and talk. Definitely felt more relaxed than some of the packed spots nearby that night. Trevor was the only server/bartender working and he was absolutely hustling the entire time. Even while juggling the whole floor and bar, service stayed friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. They have a really solid selection of house-brewed beers, plus a full bar if cocktails are more your thing. The biggest surprise though was the food. Everything tasted really fresh and homemade instead of typical "brewery food." We started with the Brussels sprout appetizer and it was SO good, super flavorful and a great portion for sharing. The chicken quesadilla was more of a classic/basic quesadilla, but still really tasty and packed with toppings. The fish and chips ended up being the table favorite. The fish was crispy and fresh, the tartar sauce was excellent, and they served it with this red pepper-style sauce that was also amazing. We also ordered loaded fries and loaded tots. Both came covered in beer cheese, bacon, and chives. The tots especially were incredible, they were super thick and potatoey inside while still crispy outside. This ended up being such a pleasant surprise stop for us after skipping a few overly crowded places nearby. Great food, great service, relaxed atmosphere, and by the end of the meal everyone at the table had already said multiple times that we wanted to come back.

I knew that Hollerbach's had a brewhouse where you can purchase everything you need to become a home brewer but I had no idea that they opened up this little taproom inside. They offer a variety of beers - Golden Lager, German Fest Beer, Irish Red Ale, Hazy IPA, Cran-Apple Sour, Double IPA, Belgian Tripel Ale, Belgian Strong Ale, and a Nitro Imperial Stout. They were also carrying several other local breweries brews, and they offer flights if you want to sample a little of everything. Pricing is on par with most other breweries in the area and you can even purchase smaller samples $3.50-$5.00 depending on the brew. I ordered the Krampus Belgian Strong IPA ($7.50) in spirit of the event going on and the guy at the counter gave me two cups half full. I asked him if he did that because of the foam and he said it was because they are 8oz servings due to the ABV percent is high. I understand that but why are you giving me two? He didn't say anything and said that would be $16.05, WTH?? Nancy was not happy with is nonchalant character all but I said, you know what I'll probably drink both anyways so no big deal, but honestly that is not an acceptable business practice and they guy just basically ignored our dissatisfaction at the situation. I admit that the beer was delicious but the employee's ownership of his mistake or ignorance to what just happened was a big turn-off. Great job on making this delicious brew but good luck keeping customers coming back with this guy running the tap and register.

The bourbon they used was indeed high quality as the booziness lasted almost an hour. Though, thankfully I was still good enough do two rides on the mechanical bull and last for a decent account of time. And what was amazing about the drink was the cost, just 8 bucks! I would have expected to pay at least 10 dollars or more for a great quality drink for a special event, but 8 dollars was quite a steal.
