I smelled the grill from outside and knew I had to get a steak or a burger. The burger won. Broiled well done and it was great. Steak cut fries and everything came out hot! Service was good, we were checked on a few times and plates were cleared quickly. There is also patio dining if you prefer. read more

Worse service ever! Food sat in window for over 15 minutes getting cold while there were was only 1 other table she was serving. My daughter had to go ask her to bring us the food as she was not paying attention to our table or the food sitting there waiting to be brought out. Oh no what happened ??? So we tried the bar this time for our lunch, service was terrible we were so disappointed! Usually we eat in the front dinning area. Servers are happy helpful and patient with the menu. They are fast to refill drinks and ask how the meals are. BUT the BAR was AWEFUL , server was quick with order taking , no refills, no follow up to check on food, and then she literally slipped by the table and tossed the ticket on the table and buzzed past ! what ? No anything else? Can I get anything else for you? Would you like a refill? Nothing just a cut and run not even a Thank you for coming in! Food was fair this time and service just non-existent. So Sad ! We had salads , tacos, and fish and chips. Even when we took the ticket to the bar to pay she turned her back to us and a lady from around the wall took our ticket and processed our payment !needless to say we gave a 00.00 for a tip ! We are not ashamed of a 0.00 tip for a zero service! We may possibly go back but we are truly not sure at this point , off days do happen. But when you are in the hospitality industry it is difficult ....Because if there is no hospitality .... You're at the wrong job. Try data entry ! It was not busy , there was plenty of staff, and at a good time for lunch. Excellent customer service. Our server filled our drinks often and checked in with us throughout our meal. Waffle fries were perfectly cooked and the orange sauce in the squeeze bottle on the table was a perfect dipping sauce for the fries. Our table had a club sandwich and a teriyaki chicken sandwich. Brewsky's is undoubtedly my favorite place in Ontario to grab a bite at. The wait is never long and the service is always super friendly and attentive. The food itself isn't anything super spectacular or unique, but it's quality food nonetheless. Very generous portion sizes. I've tried several dishes and I'm always satisfied with the meal. My favorite item is their buffalo burger that they offer once in a while. It's a damn good burger, especially paired with a tall Bud Light. The meat and vegetables are always fresh. A delicious meal for only $10.00. On my most recent visit I had the taco salad. It was so much bigger than I anticipated there was no way I could finish the entire thing! All the ingredients were fresh, and I actually enjoyed the chips instead of a traditional taco shell bowl. Ontario really doesn't have many solid eateries. Therefore, it makes me happy that Brewsky's exist. I highly recommend this place if you ever pass through! read more

The food is always great. Never had a bad dish. The service is also wonderful. They greet you as you come in get you something to drink right away and take your order within a minute or two. Ambience is wonderful. Also they get quite busy at lunch and their specials are always delicious. read more

Came in on a Saturday at dinner time and they were busy. After about 5 minutes the server noticed us and left menus, then returned a few minutes later to get our orders, then later with beers. After about 30 minutes we noticed that people who had come in much later than us were already eating. In fact, everyone was eating! Our server came back and asked us if we wanted another beer and we said, no, but our food would be nice. She disappeared again and came back later to ask us for our order a second time -- it was lost. We were passing through town and had to get home, so we didn't have time to wait. In total we were there probably 45 minutes. It would have been nice if they had at least comp'd the beers, but they didn't offer. Too bad though -- the food on everyone else's tables looked delicious! read more

We stopped in quite late this evening after a show. The waitress was very pleasant despite the late hour and the food was terrific. We like this place. We've been about three times now. The food is what you would expect from a pub/restaraunt, but the quality is slightly higher. The place is clean. The waitresses are big on that down-home charm. They could train them to be better behind the bar, but since my wife and I are both ex-service industry, we're biased there. They know how to fire a steak right the first time, and that's always an extra star in my book. Anyway, no complaints. read more

Big girl with glasses in the bar gave us a terrible experience, harassed us about IDs then proceeded to ask if we had an older sibling ID we were using. Wtf? After she rudely took our order for drinks we waited 10-15 mins and got nothing so we got up and left. It's usually awesome service here I guess you CANNOT look young and sit in the bar. Decided to take a day trip to the area and stopped in for lunch. Restaurant is clean with very clean restrooms. My wife ordered the mushroom burger and clam chowder and I had the bacon avocado burger. My wife loved both the chowder and burger meal and I can't say enough about my meal. I don't know what they do to make their fries but they are TOP NOTCH! Perfection! The bun for the burger was so soft and flavorful it reminded me of homemade buns I've had at a local cafe. Service was very good and the staff was very busy as we arrived at peak lunch time. Lots of seating and very clean! read more

Visited for the first time the other night. Had the worst burger ever. Waitress had said it was beef. Overcooked and super tough, so sent it back. Then she came back and said it was buffalo meat, that's why it was so well done. I said I wanted a beef hamburger, so finally the second burger arrived at our table. It was still overcooked with lots of pepper. Tried to eat some of it because I was hungry, even added ketchup to cover taste, but after a few bites, I just could not eat anymore. Apparently, the servers are not smart enough to figure out an out of state ID. I'm 28 drove all day, was exhausted, and decided to stop for food and a beer. Gave them my ID and paper from the DMV. (Waiting for my new ID to arrive in the mail). And because my paper issued by the DMV does not have a picture they would not serve me. Never mind that my expired ID has a picture (which is distinguishably me) and this is legally the process for showing an ID while you wait to receive your new one. Never mind that I have several credit cards with my name on them that match my ID. This is all too hard of a concept for the servers to grasp. The explanation offered was sorry Oregon is really strict. No it is not, I looked up the law and the recommendation is to look at the picture and ask for a second form of ID if still concerned or quiz me on my information. read more
