    The Cheesesteak Project
    Danielle F.

Saw someone online raving about their Philly cheesesteak and decided to try it one night. I have been for their burger and shakes before and although they are pricey, they are good. There is also a secret menu of items that they are more than willing to make if the ingredients are on hand. They have craft beers on tap but I opted for water since the food is such a big portion. In this particular night we ordered the Philly and it was not what we expected. I know they are known for burgers, and that is what we will stick to from now on because the bread was hard and it just lacked flavor. It was also as if the bread had been reheated, so it turned hard. The Philly just wasn't my favorite thing that they offer. We took the food to go but the service was good and if you wanted to dine in, it is a no frills place.

Brgr Stop Not really in a location that really pops But they have burgers that reach the tipty top I got the Big Sexy because it came with an egg It was good for a few bites and then it was jush eh It's not that it was too much But something about it just didn't mush The staff was welcoming and service was great But there was an odor roaming around the place A lot of TV's, so a great place to catch a game But a burger and a beer for 40$ with tip has to be insane in the membrane

I love BRGR stop!!! I love the little area it's in right next to Bella Roma. I always get a burger (which is so delicious) and then even better I get the Oreo milkshake which ALWAYS hits. I used to go here a lot and I get memories about this place.

Upon entering, we were greeted not so kindly. We chose our table and sat down, they then brought us menus that reeked like they had been cleaned with a dirty rag. My wife requested new menus, our server took them away and her and the girl who greeted us were talking among themselves while continuously looking over at us. I chose the hot boy style Smashburger with fries and my wife chose the bacon Smashburger also with fries. The food was good, but the burgers seemed small for the price. Was a good time for experience, but don't think I'll be going back.

This was my first visit, though two people in our party had eaten here just a week before. We came as a group of four, and right away something felt off- the dining room was stifling. It was so warm the whipped cream on our milkshake melted instantly (my son swore it hadn't been like this the week prior). We ordered a triple chocolate shake, two burgers, a cheesesteak, onion rings, and the kids' mac & tots. The bill came to about $100. Of everything we tried, the kids' mac and cheese and the onion rings were hands-down the stars. The mac was creamy, comforting, and totally crave-worthy, while the onion rings were spectacular- shatteringly crisp on the outside, tender and almost custardy on the inside. Even an onion skeptic would be converted. The sauce alongside them was fantastic too. The cheesesteak, on the other hand, fell flat- under-salted with the aioli pooled at the bottom instead of being spread evenly. Midway through the meal, the space got a little smoky, making me wonder if the ventilation was struggling. Service was relatively quick. That said, the vibe itself is fun- funky, colorful, with cool motorcycle models adding a retro edge. I'd come back to try something new (and definitely order a bowl of that kids' mac just for myself).

Moist juicy burgers! We have had 4 various burgers, all great. Cant go wrong! They stay in their lane!

A great little neighborhood spot thats packing in the flavor! Small spot with a comfy row of bench seats with tables, outdoor pation. Fresh burgers, good fries, and most burgers are doubles, enough for two when you add fries. Solid chocolate shake, we kept it basic but they haave fancy versions too! Excellent service. PANDORA is a vibe. Shes efficient, fast, and owner needs to clone her. She makes first-timers feel like old- timers. She knows how to build loyalty. We came back the following Thursday too! Sometimes the wait staff is busy. Sadly they dont have a handheld for orders, I think our waitress was writing but she did have a mibile POS for payment. Beer samples was great but also a bit unorganized. Ask the person, top 3 you want to sample, only allow 3, ask upfront. Running back and forth. Also I was given the wrong beer. Beer flight is cool offering. Seasonal beer flights would be cool. Overall we will add it our roster. They are as good as Smash Burger in Pompano, our other go-to. Hopefully take out is as good, dont know yet. Excited to have found this. IMPROVEMENTS: 1. They need to work to streamline the amount of running done by staff; some look frazzled and forget things. I would like to order on table screen which would ensure stronger order accuracy, less "oh wait, we forgot". 2. TVS - Showing the same thing on every tv is a drag. They need sports, but a little variety. Maybe show videos and sports, there are grated vids or show cartoons, but all sports was a drag, every tv had same game. Also on tv should be menu specials, customer photos, local ads. Locals drive business so a monitor with local schools, teacher shout outs, employee of monthly specials, etc Put captions on all tvs, so we can read, not listen 3. Live music, one or two person band. Its about to be cool enough for patio, it would be nice to hear a local ac:, country, pop, latin, mix it up each week. One person acts sound great in small place with a speaker,iPad and an instrument.

I love trying a new place that hits the spot. We were looking for some American cuisine and this place is exactly what the doctor ordered. The staff was friendly and fully communicated everything on the menu. The vibe here is similar to many burger spots. It's a chill venue. Dress casual, if you have kids, bring them and if you don't, come anyway, it's solid to watch sports events as well. All the food we tried was fantastic. The milkshakes, burgers, cheesesteak, fries, and tater tots hit the spot. Bonus: Recommend the Mac-N-Cheese Balls. Extra Bonus: Ask for a side of Beer Cheese for your fries or Tots. Definitely coming back!

Stopped in after many years because we moved away. They used to have these peanut butter balls that were everything so I was disappointed to learn that they didn't make them anymore! I would love to have some flavor burst in the burger and the chicken sandwich also. It's not as amazing as I remember, but they're good. They still make awesome cereal milkshakes. After having burgers, the Nashville chicken sandwich and sweet potato friends, we left with our must have milk shakes. There's parking and plenty of seating, very laid back ambiance and outdoor seating as well.

Brgr Stop is such a great, local spot if you're in the Coconut Creek/Margate area! They consistently have incredible food and a fantastic craft beer selection. Every server that we've ever had has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous! They also have this cute diner/brewery vibe. They just expanded into the space next door so now they can accommodate even more indoor seating. We stopped by this weekend to try the Cha Chang Chang burger (our new favorite,) Hop Gun Hawaiian Glazed grilled wings, and the Onion Tower stack. Do yourself a favor and add a side of beer cheese for dipping. It pairs great with the already included sweet sriracha sauce. Our favorite craft beer of the night was their "Present Arms!" They also make milkshakes! We opted to try their Salted Caramel Pretzel and it was delicious! This restaurant is a MUST try if you're in the area. Prices are very reasonable for the portion size and an all around great experience.

Walking in it was different a few people eating inside I got greeted then ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich for 14 dollars asked for it well he said we cook our chicken crispy a lie lol then I got the garlic fries for 5 dollars and a fruity pebbles milkshake which was 9 I waited 25 minutes for the food to go milkshake was great food was garbage I ate a few of the fires but the sandwich wasn't it chicken wasn't well and the breading was falling off overall I'll come back for the shake but not the food

You know it's a good meal when you need a nap after. My son and I dined in for lunch on a Monday. It was not busy at all. On Mondays all Craft burgers are $13.95 (normally $18.95-$20.95) but they are 6 ounces instead of the normal 8-16 ounces. I actually prefer 6 ounces. I had the Copperpoint beer cheese burger which included bacon, beer cheese, crispy fried onions, bacon jam and their no-so-secret sauce. It came with fries and I am proud to say I ate it all. My son had the single bacon smash burger and a side of onion rings, which he also devoured. I thought the onion rings lacked flavor but they were fried to a perfect golden hue. I could see other diners ordering milk shakes. Service was efficient and pleasant There is a cool vibe in the restaurant with murals and license plates adorning the walls. There is a small parking lot with additional parking outback.

After eating almost all the burger I found this in the other half . Like a piece of clear sheet or napkin that they cooked with the burger .

Found in my burger a napkin or the clear sheet from the burger not sure but it's nasty . How the hell this even happen . Fast food just don't give a dam any more .

Decided to come by and try it out on a Sunday afternoon. It started out quiet but then a steady stream of customers/families started coming in. They have a huge TV screen, I just wished it was on the wall with the big mural because you cannot see it from the booth side. If it was on the mural wall, everyone would be able to enjoy it. Great service by our server (I believe her name was Amanda)! She kept checking on us and refilled a drink without us needing to ask! We got the candied bacon which had a great flavor. The vampire slayer burger was cooked perfectly and we enjoyed the flavors. But the fries were FABULOUS! We loved the crispness ands the texture as well as the taste!!

As a customer it should be up to me what burger I want to order, the ability to modify it and dine in or out. If I pay for it then it shouldn't matter if I take it home or just throw it out. So we went at 7pm on a Wednesday. What's playing on TV was not available, was told to use QR code, so easy peasy. So the counter staff was pleasantly, we ordered: rabbit hole salad and the patty melt to go. Maybe should be eaten there, right away. Didn't stand up to a quick ride home. BOTH meals looked sad and not worth $50, as was $20 each, gave $3 tip for to go. Probably won't return! It's probably great for vegans who don't require quality or taste, just gut it out to remain vegan. Salad had no flavor really, it was " overdressed", just kale dressed in an underwhelming sauce. Tons of it where it was soggy. Chips of fake chicken I guess, that was flavorless. Partners patty melt was just so so. I'm sad! You ever wanted to really like something, so you force it. We love going to local spots to support folks but we demand excellence. I wasn't expecting Coopers HAWK, but wanted some flavor. It's like not even as good as Whole Foods, which is pricey like this but good. Patty melt was average, and not worth $20. The onions saved it, but too expensive for us. Fries were limp, not well made. Now I will say, we do go to dives, so we didn't need Sonness (by the way Sonness is beyond fab!). So, we can do " dive vegan" but we cant do expensive average. It survives because often the beach crowds are too tipsy or high to care, or average is OK due to being snowbirds. Im sure these reviews aren't fake, so will chop this up to a bad night for the cooks! Stop by if you are vegan, committed to this lifestyle, then its good enough. We are in good shape medically, have more allegiance to our wallet than a movement. My partner makes great, fresh salads, so I can stay home for below average greens. But if you are committed and need to just get out, try it. I think a vegan frozen meal, Amy's is better. The salad wasn't horrible, just not worth the price. $20 for soggy, no flavor. Nope! I need flavor, price, freshness mix. Also they could do better with the ambiance. When you walk up, it seemed sad. It was empty, but zero personality. They need some music, it was quiet, somewhat moodless! Even dives have a little music. Rabbits have music LOL! Wish them luck! They have been around a while, so maybe they had better days! Why show stuff on TV that's not offered, pretty photos but disappointing for us. Good news, they are surrounded by great things, Italian to the right, Max to the left, pizza to the left. And Foundry at the end of other side! Partner ate half burger, trashed it. I ate 1/4 salad, trash. $50 in the garbage. I gotta laugh as we sat in our couch, we walked in and after 10 min, the energy felt off to me. We read the menu first. I said to my mate, "let's go elsewhere" after staff said, don't have this or that. My mate said, lets see. I went along. Intuition is never wrong! Trust yout gut, give it a try! Maybe tonight was just an off night! Go try it! Maybe it will be better for you! Im sure those reviews are real but maybe that real cook was off, amd we ended up with the no talent crew!

The space was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, beautiful, and perfect for networking and conversation. From the very beginning, Nicole, the Group Sales Director, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, responsive, and patient with the many questions we had while planning our event. She made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. We preordered shareables for our guests, and everything came out perfectly. What really stood out was the staff's attention to detail. They even asked if we'd like to keep some of the food under the warming lamps until more guests arrived before bringing it out. That level of thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Our server, Phillip, was fantastic as well. He managed all of our guests' individual orders on his own while remaining friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the event. We arrived early to decorate, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. They provided us with a speaker so we could play music and even came to the rescue by lending us markers and tape after we realized we had forgotten ours. Those small gestures made a big difference. And now, the food... Absolutely incredible! The vodka margherita flatbread was, without a doubt, one of the best flatbreads I've ever had. It was SO good. The spinach dip was equally delicious, and every dish we ordered received compliments from our guests. The cocktails were just as impressive and perfectly complemented the meal. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our event couldn't have gone more smoothly. I'm already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu because if what we had is any indication, it's going to be another fantastic experience. Bonefish Mac's Nachos -- "The Self-Defeating Nacho"…read more I only review nachos. Nothing else on the menu, nothing about the room. One plate, one standard. And Bonefish Mac's built a good one, then sabotaged it in ways they could fix tomorrow if they wanted to. Let's start with what went right, because there's a lot. The flavor was genuinely great. The pico was the most generous application I'd seen in this whole series, actual fresh punch, not a decorative sprinkle. The portion was enormous. The structure was there: this was a real nacho, loaded throughout, not just a pile with a good-looking top layer. Now the problems, in ascending order of frustration. The cheese wasn't fully melted. Shredded cheese, dumped on, never taken all the way. Cold shredded cheese on a chip is just cheese on a chip. That's not a nacho, that's an accident, and it's a fundamental miss. The beans. I don't think beans belong on nachos -- ever -- and this plate is Exhibit A. It was a bean orgy. They seemed to be reproducing on the plate in real time: I'd eat them and somehow there were more. If you're loading a nacho with beans, you're not building flavor, you're building volume. Just making the plate look bigger. And the real villain: the tin. They served a well-structured, generously loaded nacho in a metal tin on an air-conditioned bar top. A metal tin is a heat sink. It doesn't hold temperature -- it steals it. They built a good nacho and then placed it in the one vessel scientifically designed to make it cold as fast as possible. A ceramic plate holds heat. A skillet holds heat. This was a nacho refrigerator. They defeated themselves with their own equipment. The Fork Rule got violated, but honestly this is the rare case where the fork wasn't a failure -- the plate was loaded enough that a fork and a side plate was a legitimate strategy, not a white flag. Credit for that distinction. Verdict: 8/10 -- The Self-Defeating Nacho. The flavor and the build are genuinely there. The unmelted cheese and the beans are easy fixes. The tin is a choice -- and like a couple other spots around here, I suspect they've committed to the decorative vessel and won't change it. That's a shame, because there's a real nacho under there fighting to stay warm. Order it. Just eat fast, before the tin wins. Full review at floridanachoman.substack.com

THANKS DONALD! Trumpflation has hit Mac's…read more Mozzarella Wedges became logs, but seemed to have the same size for the price. This week, they downsized them to the size of the mozzarella sticks you get from Burger King, yet still charge over $10 for them. I thought I had gotten the children's portion, but no, these are the new ones they now offer. Corporate greed strikes again. "Sad, very sad. Not good. Terrible. Very terrible to hear. Un-American. Or is it just the right amount of American? We all have to put up with it during a totally, absolutely necessary war, which I am totally, absolutely winning." - DJT

Unfortunately, someone in management apparently looked at a perfectly good menu item that customers actually enjoyed and thought, "You know what? Let's get rid of that." The potatoes were the reason I came back. Crispy, flavorful, and somehow capable of making any meal better. Now they're gone, replaced by disappointment and confusion. I asked if they would be coming back and was told to write a review. For now, it seems these potatoes have been permanently exiled for reasons known only to the menu gods. The rest of the meal was fine, but it's hard to enjoy anything when you're mourning the loss of what was clearly the star of the show. Removing your best side dish is a bold strategy. Let's see if it pays off. Until the potatoes return, I'll likely be spending my dining budget at establishments that haven't declared war on happiness.
