I stumbled upon this spot while next door at the new Bella Rosa Italian Restaurant. I'm new to Coconut Creek and these two places are less than a 1/4 mile away. So, I walked into the Brgr Stop while waiting for my order at Bella Rosa to see what their menu was like. To my surprise they were playing bingo in there. The next evening we decided to try Brgr, we dined in. Service was pretty good and the food was very tasty. I had the "Cheesesteak Project", which was very good. My wife had the "Grilled Chicken BLT", she enjoyed it. They are a bit pricy for what you get. Their pictured Onion Ring Tower at $14 looks like 8 larger onion rings, too much for fried onions... We did enjoy their Da Best Mexican Street Corn, which I really enjoyed, messy but very good. We will return to try some other things, but some are too much money for the portions. The Big A$$ Pretzel at $16 seems ridiculously priced. Try it though because there are some really good-looking items on their menu. read more

I want to first say, I'm not one to give 1 star reviews as being in business is hard enough but myself retired from running multiple restaurants the following review is for people who are looking for a pleasant dining experience and this may not be the place for you. I've been coming to this establishment for quite some time, and it has always been my go-to place for burgers. Unfortunately, today's dining experience will be my last. We arrived shortly after 5 p.m. and the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one occupied table inside and one outside. We sat at a four-top because my elderly mother was with us. Almost immediately, we noticed that the music was so loud we could barely hear the person sitting next to us. When the waitress came to take our drink order, we politely asked if the music could be lowered--not turned off, just lowered enough so we could have a conversation. She looked at us somewhat strangely, said okay, and walked away. When she returned with our drinks, we asked again about the music. Her response was, "I thought they did." We decided to stay, order our food, and try to enjoy our meal. When our appetizer, the onion ring tower, arrived, the music was still blaring. We asked once again if it could be turned down just a little. This time we were told that the manager had texted the owner, and the owner said the music needed to remain at that level. At that point, the server did offer to move us to another area of the restaurant, which we appreciated. The music was somewhat better there, so we stayed. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. The burgers arrived cold, and the bacon tasted as though it had come straight from the refrigerator. The cheesesteak bun was burnt, and the meat filling was lacking. This was nothing like the food we had enjoyed here in the past. It's disappointing to leave a restaurant I've supported for years feeling that loud music was considered more important than the comfort of its customers. When a customer politely asks for the music to be lowered so they can have a conversation--especially when the restaurant is nearly empty--it seems like a reasonable request. Sadly, between the refusal to lower the music and the decline in food quality, we will not be returning. It's a shame, because this used to be one of my favorite places for a burger. We stopped by recently, and overall it was a mixed experience. The service was adequate, but the food took quite a while to come out, especially considering the restaurant wasn't very busy. I ordered the Brgr Stop Way Burger, and it was excellent--really flavorful, cooked perfectly, and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the kids' meals didn't live up to the same standard. The kids thought their burgers were overcooked and too charred. The chicken tenders were also disappointing. I tried one myself, and while it was moist and cooked well (not dry at all), it was very bland and lacked seasoning and flavor. I'd definitely come back for one of their signature burgers, but I would skip the kids' menu next time. If they could improve the consistency and speed of the kitchen, it would make for a much better overall experience. read more

Friendly service from the moment we walked in to this fun and casual spot. I haven't been here in quite a while, they expanded to include the storefront next door. I remember seating being limited, and so it's nice to see more tables available. The menu has mainly remained the same. However, as a pescatarian, I was sad to learn that all the sides that are fried, are fried in beef tallow. So if you are a veggie/vegan be mindful as this is not mentioned on the menu at all. (I encourage the owner of BRGR Stop to add this important fact to their menu.) As to the Impossible burger, I was able to customize it with selected toppings. It was quite delicious. We also enjoyed the corn elote (so much so that we forgot to take a pic!). Val is a fabulous server. She kept refreshing our drinks and answered all our questions. Great customer service. read more

Saw someone online raving about their Philly cheesesteak and decided to try it one night. I have been for their burger and shakes before and although they are pricey, they are good. There is also a secret menu of items that they are more than willing to make if the ingredients are on hand. They have craft beers on tap but I opted for water since the food is such a big portion. In this particular night we ordered the Philly and it was not what we expected. I know they are known for burgers, and that is what we will stick to from now on because the bread was hard and it just lacked flavor. It was also as if the bread had been reheated, so it turned hard. The Philly just wasn't my favorite thing that they offer. We took the food to go but the service was good and if you wanted to dine in, it is a no frills place. read more

This was my first visit, though two people in our party had eaten here just a week before. We came as a group of four, and right away something felt off- the dining room was stifling. It was so warm the whipped cream on our milkshake melted instantly (my son swore it hadn't been like this the week prior). We ordered a triple chocolate shake, two burgers, a cheesesteak, onion rings, and the kids' mac & tots. The bill came to about $100. Of everything we tried, the kids' mac and cheese and the onion rings were hands-down the stars. The mac was creamy, comforting, and totally crave-worthy, while the onion rings were spectacular- shatteringly crisp on the outside, tender and almost custardy on the inside. Even an onion skeptic would be converted. The sauce alongside them was fantastic too. The cheesesteak, on the other hand, fell flat- under-salted with the aioli pooled at the bottom instead of being spread evenly. Midway through the meal, the space got a little smoky, making me wonder if the ventilation was struggling. Service was relatively quick. That said, the vibe itself is fun- funky, colorful, with cool motorcycle models adding a retro edge. Fresh burgers, good fries, and most burgers are doubles, enough for two when you add fries. Solid chocolate shake, we kept it basic but they haave fancy versions too! Excellent service. PANDORA is a vibe. Shes efficient, fast, and owner needs to clone her. She makes first-timers feel like old- timers. She knows how to build loyalty. We came back the following Thursday too! Sometimes the wait staff is busy. Sadly they dont have a handheld for orders, I think our waitress was writing but she did have a mibile POS for payment. Beer samples was great but also a bit unorganized. Ask the person, top 3 you want to sample,only allow 3, ask upfront. Running back and forth. Also I was given the wrong beer. Beer flight is cool offering. Seasonal beer flights would be cool. Overall we will add it our roster. They are as good as Smash Burger in Pompano, our other go-to. Upon entering, we were greeted not so kindly. We chose our table and sat down, they then brought us menus that reeked like they had been cleaned with a dirty rag. My wife requested new menus, our server took them away and her and the girl who greeted us were talking among themselves while continuously looking over at us. I love trying a new place that hits the spot. We were looking for some American cuisine and this place is exactly what the doctor ordered. The staff was friendly and fully communicated everything on the menu. The vibe here is similar to many burger spots. It's a chill venue. Dress casual, if you have kids, bring them and if you don't, come anyway, it's solid to watch sports events as well. All the food we tried was fantastic. Stopped in after many years because we moved away. They used to have these peanut butter balls that were everything so I was disappointed to learn that they didn't make them anymore! Brgr Stop is such a great, local spot if you're in the Coconut Creek/Margate area! They consistently have incredible food and a fantastic craft beer selection. Every server that we've ever had has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous! They also have this cute diner/brewery vibe. They just expanded into the space next door so now they can accommodate even more indoor seating. We stopped by this weekend to try the Cha Chang Chang burger (our new favorite,) Hop Gun Hawaiian Glazed grilled wings, and the Onion Tower stack. Do yourself a favor and add a side of beer cheese for dipping. It pairs great with the already included sweet sriracha sauce. Our favorite craft beer of the night was their "Present Arms!" They also make milkshakes! We opted to try their Salted Caramel Pretzel and it was delicious! This restaurant is a MUST try if you're in the area. You know it's a good meal when you need a nap after. My son and I dined in for lunch on a Monday. It was not busy at all. On Mondays all Craft burgers are $13.95 (normally $18.95-$20.95) but they are 6 ounces instead of the normal 8-16 ounces. I actually prefer 6 ounces. I had the Copperpoint beer cheese burger which included bacon, beer cheese, crispy fried onions, bacon jam and their no-so-secret sauce. It came with fries and I am proud to say I ate it all. My son had the single bacon smash burger and a side of onion rings, which he also devoured. I thought the onion rings lacked flavor but they were fried to a perfect golden hue. Decided to come by and try it out on a Sunday afternoon. It started out quiet but then a steady stream of customers/families started coming in. They have a huge TV screen, I just wished it was on the wall with the big mural because you cannot see it from the booth side. If it was on the mural wall, everyone would be able to enjoy it. Great service by our server (I believe her name was Amanda)! She kept checking on us and refilled a drink without us needing to ask! We got the candied bacon which had a great flavor. Originally saw a video ad about Burger Stop in Coconut Creek that highlighted their steak sandwich -- the cut of meat and the quality -- and it convinced me to come in and try it. First impression: the environment is really cool. Plenty of TVs to watch games and a great casual setup. Service, however, was pretty underwhelming. When I walked in I wasn't greeted very warmly. I was asked if I was dining in or taking out, but it felt more transactional than welcoming. I chose to eat in and was told to sit and that a menu would be brought over. From there, there wasn't much engagement. I ordered the steak sandwich that was featured in the ad. I knew going in that it was $19.99, which is on the higher side, but I expected something that really stood out based on how it was marketed. Unfortunately, it didn't. It wasn't bad, but it also didn't taste noticeably different or premium compared to other places at that price point. I added tater tots and a sparkling fountain water. My drink sat empty for a while and I was never checked on or offered a refill, and no one came back to ask how the food was. Overall, the atmosphere is solid, but for the price point I expected better food execution and much better customer service. With a more attentive and welcoming front-of-house experience, this place could be a lot stronger. read more

Been to Brgr Stop a bunch, but have never actually reviewed it! Fantastic food which is consistently great and always wonderful customer service. Came here with my mom, at 1pm on a Saturday, and it wasn't crowded at all! We had Kalen (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!) as our server who was so insanely friendly, attentive and engaging. As an app we got the giant pretzel. Comes with cheese and honey mustard. Crispy and salty on the outside and fluffy on the inside. For entrees we got the Bet It All On Black burger with truffle fries and a single bacon smashburger with a side of tots. The Bet It All On Black burger was INCREDIBLE. My first time getting it and it'll be my new go-to. The candied bacon, the buttery mushrooms, the gooey cheese, it was perfection. The smashburgers are new and was also excellent. Crispy edges, but a juicy patty. The caramelized onions and sauce set it over the top! With one soft drink, two entrees and an app our total came to about a little over $40. 100% worth the cost, for sure. They have so many options on the menu, and it looks like they're expanding inside and adding more tables, which is great! read more

Brgr Stop has the old school 1950's vibe on the patio. A good spot for locals! It brings back old time memories of being in Wisconsin on the back patio lined with hubcaps where a burger ALWAYS hits the spot. Bonus points for having a brew selection. I went with The Big Sexy and my friend ordered the Copperpoint Beer Cheese Triple Burger. Both burgers were good but a tad of a protein overdose between the beef, bacon, and eggs. I would have preferred if their specialty burgers had more of a hydrating balance with tomatoes, raw onions, jalapeños, and lettuce. You can build your own burger with these toppings but none of the specialty burgers appeared to be built up this way. It's not yet on my SoFlo Burger Top 5 list but I'll check it out again and build it my way. read more

I stopped going here and mostly stopped ordering burgers everywhere these days due to the lack of choice in the bread department. I detest brioche as it is totally disgusting in a burger. Too sweet and doesn't hold together well. What's wrong with a regular burger bun? Kaiser? Potato bun. Brioche sucks and there's rarely an alternative available, and it's used almost everywhere! Plenty of seating inside and outside but it does get packed during peak dinner time. The parking is extremely limited for this plaza and there's not really a back lot so be prepared to circle around a while when it's busy or park farther away. My Nuttin But Truffle burger was rich and creamy from the gruyere cheese and also very truffley. Loved how juicy and flavorful the Angus beef patty was. The burger is huge to my standards.
