It's been decades since I have been here. We were in the area watching a movie and we were both wanting wings and wound up here. What a great surprise that after all these years, the food was as good as I remembered it to be. We shared an order of wings, mozzarella sticks and some coleslaw. The wings were delicious! The mozzarella sticks had a fun cheese pull, and the coleslaw was very good. Our server was working the floor alone on a busy Saturday afternoon. Yet, we had good service and we weren't rushed. The restaurant was warm, so I am not sure if they are having a/c issues. We were fine and we didn't allow it to ruin our lunch. I will definitely come back if in the area. Ordered take out for Friday dinner. Wanted wings - attempted to order a 50 piece, but eventually switched to four 10-piece dinner meals (wings and fries) when we learned we could only get 3 flavor choices and no celery sticks or blue cheese with the 50. Food was ready quickly, and overall was pretty good. We ordered hot, garlic and signature BBQ. Appreciated the to go pack job - the wings were separated by tinfoil from the fries, and the celery and blue cheese were all packaged separately (the carrots pictured was my personal addition-not part of the meal). This place is absolutely amazing. You wouldn't think it was from the looks of it but they are putting out really great food. I had a twist on Italian wedding soup tonight. It was totally amazing. As good as the standard version if not better. Also had a burger medium with Swiss, mushrooms, onions, lettuce & tomato and another burger medium rare with Swiss, sautéed onions & peppers, bacon, lettuce & tomato. Both with fries. This is our go to place if we want good food with friendly people. It's a small quaint place with ample seating. I often get the Chicken Cordon Bleu or the Chicken Philly. We also share the wings and we never had any issues. Cold beer and TV's as well. Priced right! It's not a fancy place.... Honestly wasn't impressed with this place. The wings were overcooked, dry and definitely not worth the price. The only notable food item was the sweet potato fries. The service was ok but as a minority, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable in the restaurant. If you are not a POC, you might not understand but certain places do not feel very welcoming to us. First I will say, this place has some of the best flavors for wings ANYWHERE. So why the average rating? Well, the size of the wings are also the smallest I've had in a long long time, with the variety of sports bars and grills around, the trend for larger sized wings has been picked up by almost every place you can get a chicken wing at. Our waitress was very nice and I like that the place has been around a while. I respect that. But i think it probably only survives because of its history, i dont think if this place opened today it would last long. I could only imagine returning here if it was a part of my youth or something. Basically a reheating kitchen for products from restaurant depot. I believe the French fries and onion rings are from restaurant depot. I believe the Chicken tenders and bbq sauce are from restaurant depot. Wings were cooked nicely but not much flavor imo. Not exactly everything I expected. This small business is located in a very busy strip plaza. I was hungry and thought would have lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. They do a fair amount of takeout business so I thought my decision was on point. After being there observing, this place isn't the cleanest. I was a bit nervous since I had already ordered my lunch...and again...I WAS HUNGRY! My food was served hot for sure. I had the Philly steak sandwich with French fries. The sandwich was ok..I will say they had allot of meat on it. The roll was a bit soggy but not a huge issue as you don't have to eat that. The fries were basic frozen crinkle cut that had been deep fried. Be prepared to have your wallet emptied. The prices are high for the quality of food served here. For just me having that sandwich and a drink it came to over $17. Truly to much for a lunch of such quality. Service was just ok, I think the waitress had one word vocabulary..as she said absolutely constantly! It was convenient but I wouldn't recommend them as I went be back. read more

I live in West Palm but come down to Coral Springs often to see family and dog sit. I always make a point to stop in and get the wings(volcano 5 sauce) or the dry rub baby backs. I hear there are many other great dishes but can't seem to not order wings or ribs. They are the best wings and ribs I've had. I get the wings grilled, which is partially fried and then finished on the grill and covered in Volcano #5 sauce although the owner makes mine even hotter. The ribs are cooked perfect, not overdone fall off the bone, but tender with just a little pull to get them off the bone. Crispy krinkle cut fries with a side of cheese sauce and it's a good day. 4 or 5 tv's usually have some sports on and it's a casual setting. Servers are great, keep sodas or water refilled and very helpful with the menu. Highly recommend you try it out. read more

Knowing that this place has been in our neighborhood for years, and having never gone, we decided to try it on a Saturday night. We arrived about 7pm, fully expecting to have to wait, but we were seated immediately. We ordered 25 grilled wings with various sauces on the side. We also ordered half fries, half onion rings. I really wanted to like this place, but will not return. The wings were tiny and dry. We were not impressed with the sauces at all. Definitely not worth the price. The french fries looked like they just came out of an ore ida bag and had no taste and the onion rings had no flavor either. One member of our party had the veggie wrap and she enjoyed it. My sister said that the hallway leading to the restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. For wings, we will stick to Wings Plus and Landlubbers. read more

Thai was my first time trying this place and I was pleasantly surprised. First off the service here is incredible. They were quick on seating me and my family and getting our drink orders as soon as we sat down. The food here is very good especially the wings. I had the patty melt which was delicious and cooked to order. My wife had the teriyaki wings which of course I had to try and they are by far the best I have ever had. Grilled perfectly and the sauce was amazing. Usually teriyaki sauce on wings is kinda watery but not here it's nice and thick and tastes delicious. Glad to be back! Been awhile since I've been here because of a disagreement I had with the former owner. He's gone and the chef, who's been there for years, is the sole owner now. My son and I were always big fans of this restaurant so I came back to check it out. During my hiatus, this restaurant was featured on Check Please. I never saw the episode and I'll have to view it to see what the diners thought of this joint, which is a basic hole in the wall. When we walked in I had a smile on my face because it really hasn't changed a bit. I could tell my son was pretty stoked too since we would come here after his flag football games when he was 9 or 10 (hes 16 now). I ordered some draft beers in their mini pitchers, my son had the fries with a cheese dipping sauce as a app., he ordered the full rack of ribs, and I ordered two wing lunch specials to go. I got 10 wings hot teriyaki, and 10 jamaican jerked. All the food was outstanding just as a remembered it, it's helps that the owner/cook prepared our meals. My son loves their cheese dipping sauce and the ribs. He ripped thru the ribs like a starving caveman. Lol. I got my wings grilled and drums only. Not to big and just the right amount of charred flavor that sets these wings on a higher level then anyone else. Service was great, but it wasn't that busy. Here is the tough part, their wings are outstanding. In my mind you have some great chicken wings around here, Wings Plus, Calypso Pub, Hooters, Chez Porkeys and Wings N Ale. I would have to admit that Wings N Ale is #2 of my all time best wings list. I just love the way they are cooked and the flavor. This is another restaurant that you need to eat at and judge the product for yourself. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Very quaint place in the Fresh Market strip mall. I've only been once before and that was years ago and remember they had awesome grilled wings. However, our friends Groupon recently brought us back together and dropped in there tonight. For a Sunday evening, this place was quite full with only two servers on hand but we still had excellent service.I was just expecting bar food when I walked into this place but when I scanned their menu, I was pleasantly surprised. I love me some bar food but sometimes it's nice to switch it up a bit and be nice to my arteries. They have about 20 sauce selections for wings and you can also get them on fish, chicken, sandwiches, etc. And they are saucy with an ethnic selection with flavors from all over the world. I got the blackened mahi sandwich and was unsure about the decision until they brought it out to me. They give you a hearty portion of mahi that was some of the freshest fish I've ever had in a joint like this. Pair that up with some crinkle cut fries and I was a happy gal.
