Trusting my gut, I moved my 2025 Kia Carnival to a Kia certified collision repair center. They found $17,000 in *additional* damage that Hustead's missed, including a compromised B-pillar and floor pan. This ended up totaling my car, when Manny at Hustead's was adamant that my car would not be totaled. If I had stayed with Hustead's, I'd be driving my children in a potentially structurally-unsafe vehicle. Avoid this shop - they seem to prioritize capturing the repair job over transparency and safety.
