I've only ran in to two mechanics who I've trusted, Hash (the owner) is one of them. I will not take my car anywhere else, Hash tells me the truth and what I should expect, gives me recommendations so I can save money rather giving me a recommendation that would make him money. Look if you want your stuff done RIGHT take it here. If you have a nice car take it here. I just had Hash do brakes on my BMW, I won't go into detail of the price but the entire cost (including brakes) was significantly less than another mechanic quoted me for installation only. On top of that he recommended that the brakes I got would damage my rotors and matched the price for quality Monroe brakes. Who does that? Nobody but Concord AB. Hash took some extra time and effort to find a rear door from a SUV to match my bashed in door so the door, glass, hinges, insignia etc that were damaged on mine were replaced with original parts without buying a whole laundry list of new things that would then have to be installed one at a time. Hash, the Owner/Manager is racist! He immediately judged my husband based on his skin color and commented "I know what you people are up to". We brought my car there to get an estimate for collosion repair and saw this place had great reviews. He immediately told my husband he would not provide an estimate because the damage looked self inflicted and did not want to go to court. He clearly made judgments and acted upon them. Once I heard what happened, I immediately called Hash. He never once apologized for his behavior. He changed his tone real quick when I said I was going to post a negative yelp review. He emailed me a quote in 5 minutes. I doubt we will go with him due to the horrible experience but wanted to warn other customers.
