Great service, affordable prices, better quality service than Macco or Earl Scheib. Spoke with Karla and Marvin about getting work done on my car and they very honest and reasonable. Didn't feel rushed or just feel like I was just another customer, they really care about their work and keeping their customers happy. I got some body work and paint job done on my EM1 red honda civic si and they did a really good job on it. The turn around was about a week and finished right on schedule and being that the paint on my car is 20yrs old they were able to match the paint and repair the dents on the car. If you want qood quality and friendly service I recommend this mom and pop shop over any big name paint shop out there any day. Overall experience and service 9/10. I work in sales for Concord Mazda on market st and was recommended by a coworker to get my wheels painted by 925 collision repair. I also had to get my window fixed as well as someone tried breaking into my car a couple of weeks earlier. Needless to say, my experience there was nothing less than excellent. Sandra was the woman who help me out during my time there, and even though she was the only one working at the time she was diligent in great customer service and following up with me on the status of my car. Long story short my wheels look amazing as I stay getting compliments on the work that was done to them. If I could give this place 10/10 stars I would! They went above and beyond with the customer service and car repair! I came straight from a car dealership where I wasn't helped despite having an appointment, and I was visibly upset. They helped me calm down and were able to look at my car without an appointment. They talked me through all of the different options to fix my side mirror and the costs associated with each option. They were very transparent with the costs and even advocated for me to choose the lower cost option. As a woman who often feels clueless at car repair shops, this being a women owned business helped me feel at ease and I knew I was not being taken advantage of. I just had a back bumper replaced. It was a challenging job as the attachments were broken and side panels above had their own dents. They were able to attach the new bumper perfectly and smoothed out dents and scratches on side panel so the car looked great again. Also I got two other quotes which were much higher. I took my car their came up home noticed a lot of bad painting drip in the fender bad clear coat paint stated to chip oh at door edge they took my old car sticky logo off and put it back after they painted it it came off a few car washes later they got clear coat on my side driver mirror took it and what ever they used u can see the scratch marks when I use rain ex window cleaner that is how I noticed back fender they miss alignment it when they buffet it they started to over heat back break on the trunk in one are I had to go there case I had a DUI and a few accident so I had a cheap insurance company I could off took it to a different body shop but I would have had to pay 10 percent off it I regret not doing that when they had to fix the problems of the paint and everything they put my car emblem they just stuck it were it looked like it went just it's a little to miss align not straight I leave it for know and I'll fix it I just have to buy one and do it right would not recommend this body shop unless you just have a fender . I had more issue but I would never go back got a better insurance company know thanks to covid I got a discount and cause I bought a nother car . They did address the issues but overall not happy with their work quality. read more

A very bad experience!!! Last time we took our car to this location, the rear light was not properly installed. They did not accept the issue from previous repair. We had to pay $160 out of our pocket. For the current repair also, they told they will charge $100. When repair was done they were asking for $250. A tire cap worth of $50 in Toyota, they sell for $90? Kidding me? We said we do not want it. It was a hassle and day to day follow up for the last 2-3 weeks, until we got $90 back. Unacceptable work ethic and multiple delays in repairs. They wouldn't make our work van a priority. Maybe the forgot out our van or most likely placed other customers in front of us. We ended up having to pay for a rental van for three weeks to meet our business needs, because they couldn't replace one door and one window in that time period. They lied to us repeatedly and kept coming up with different reasons for delays in repair. The work Van took nearly 4 weeks to repair and once they told us it was complete - we showed up for pick-up only to find out that was another lie and the van still was not ready. Not acceptable. We use are vans to transport our mental health consumers around the county and we are a nonprofit. 925 Collision just wasted A LOT of our precious funds. Choose a different company for your needs. We have never experienced this before with any of our vans or our other work locations. This is our first experience with 925 Collision and it was awful. read more
