Stopped here before a visit to the park. Great breakfast-clean restaurant, friendly service, decent variety/selection of menu items, typical diner fare. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes! Love this place. The prices have increased significantly though. It's been a year or more since we stopped in, and the $3.19 breakfast (which was too good to be true) is now a still reasonable 5.50. Omelets have shot up too, but they are HUGE and worth it. Still a huge fan. Really miss the salt rising toast. But, that said the pumpernickel rye swirl is awesome, so no. big deal. Coffee (2.50 now) is good, no Splenda though, so I bring my own ;) If you're hungry, go here. Be prepared to bring half your meal home. Huuuge!!! Very fast service. Brian's USA Diner is right down the road from Geneseo (and just a short distance away from Letchworth State Park) so I used to come here pretty often. I used to carpool with some of my classmates while student teaching and we would stop by here all the time to grab a bite after school. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're ever in the area. Heck, I recommend going out of your way to stop by if you want to go to a quality diner. Definitely one of the best diners I've ever been to. read more

This place is amazing. Very updated modern look restaurant. The menu is great; the service was great; the portions were huge; the prices were great. The quality of the food was great. I am not kidding. If I lived here, I would be as big as a barn. We are only here for a couple of days attending a family funeral and I have seen this place before but never stopped there before. For what it is, Brian's gets 5 stars. Need an ENORMOUS, inexpensive breakfast before a hike in Letchworth? Come here. Our food came out lightening fast, everything was tasty. I had the steak and eggs and also got a side of french toast. It was all awesome. My husband had the eggs benedict and didn't love the hollandaise, but enjoyed it over all. A friend ordered the breakfast goulash which was very good with crisp fresh veggies. Another friend said their bacon was cooked PERFECTLY. Really enjoyed our stop here. read more

What has happened to this place. Over a year ago We used to order from this place every couple of weeks. Two different times we order and got raw chicken. Once with a chicken BBQ and once with chicken wings. We called they apologized but in my book raw chicken is a no no. Fast forward to a year later. Decided to try again. We ordered takeout. I got their lobster bisque is was good as it used to be. My husband ordered their chicken fried steak special with fries. He was told 10 minutes. Went up 15 minutes later had to wait another 20 minutes. My husband opened his container and to his surprise he had a grilled cube steak(that was raw in the center) with mashed potatoes and gravy. The restaurant was not busy. We tried it again and now remember why we stopped going here. Lesson learned. read more

Any time I am remotely close to Brian's I will make time to eat here. The omelets are delicious, extremely generous with the filling and are must for your visit. (See photo). I also order the whole wheat toast. It is hearty and country style. Breakfast isn't their only game, great burgers and the USA platter (their play on the areas garbage plate) is awesome. DRIVE OUT OF YOUR WAY to get to Brian's. Food, Staff and Service all get a 5. Even a short wait for seats on Sunday at Brunch time was eclipsed by meal delivery in less than 8 minuets from order, then food quality and quantity knocked this experience out of the park. Great place. read more

Grilled Cheese breakfast sandwich aka "Dreams do come true on a plate". This magnificent item which consists of ripe tomatoes, spinach, a perfect runny egg on a grilled cheese arrived about three seconds after I ordered it. Literally it jumped off the page into my mind, the waitress affirmed how good it was and then it appeared. The whole thing felt and tasted better than karma and I am not under the influence. I have to be honest. When I walked in here, I was prepared to be underwhelmed. I was happy to be pleasantly surprised. Brian's actually makes a decent burger. I had a jalapeno cheddar burger. Delicious. Good spice and actually cooked how I asked. Bonus points for having sweet potato fries on the menu. Some were a little soggy, but most had a good crunch. They have tons of other options on the menu. The group I was with said most are very good, but others are to be avoided. From my experience, if you stick with a burger, you won't be disappointed. read more

There were many cars in the parking lot , which is always a good sign . It is a clean and busy breakfast diner. It was extremely crowded on a Sunday morning but the line moved fast the servers were polite and friendly. We ordered the fish fry and a turkey bacon melt. Both were delicious. I couldn't believe how quickly we were served. My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on our way to Letchworth State Park. We were NOT disappointed! What a FANTASTIC breakfast! The portions were huge and the food was hot and delicious. Neither of us could finish our meals, and my husband never leaves food on his plate ;) The place was clean, the service was fast, and our waitress was great! I couldn't decide what to order...everything looked so tempting...and she helped me come up with the perfect choice. The prices are VERY reasonable...you won't believe how large the portions are. The food was decent, not great. Unfortunately the waitress charged us an extra full price additionally for substitution on items. Which she told us was "a little bit extra." We also had additional charges for nothing we ordered on our bill. When we asked about the bill she said "well thats the way it is, I cant change the rules." She got nasty about it and stormed off. One of the best diners I've ever been to. We came in 15 minutes before closing and were seated without a blink. Service was fast, staff pleasant and helpful. My tenderloin melt was tender and juicy.
