Showed up after a school event with some friends. The place was so busy hardly any parking in the parking lot. We sat down, was told by the waitress they would be with us in a minute...no problem twenty minutes have gone by no waters, no silverware etc. My friend proceeds to go to the bar to order some drinks and the bartender wasn't excited to help us told her we would get help from the server and my friend said she hasn't been back and just wanted to start some drinks, she then gave her attitude having to help us. We ended up walking out. Not the best experience. Disappointed things went that direction as the atmosphere seemed cool and inviting. read more

We came here for pizzas and beer and they delivered.. Unfortunately they were out of some items that were supposed to be on the pizza,but it did not fail..Yum one pizza was loaded with mashed potatoes,bacon,cheese and tomatoes..yum The other pizza was loaded with cheese, pepperoni and olives yum..It was a party of four and we order two salads as well yum get you some..The veggies were so fresh and crisp.. delicious the beer was great as well..If you want to try a newer pizza place in Lincoln check them out plus football was on about 15 different screens..yum yum..The service was quick and the rest was super clean.. read more

So excited for lincoln to have a new restaurant!! The waiter was so awesome and very attentive!! I know it was the second day of them being open so she did a great job!! First visit, early on a Sunday. Pros: -The "Basic" salad was pretty good. The apples went really well with the greens and the raspberry vinaigrette. The small was a bit too small to share, suggest splitting a large instead. - Service was friendly if a little slow. There were only a couple other customers inside and they were sitting at the bar. We stood by the bar for several minutes before an employee finally popped out from the back to seat us at a table. - The outdoor dining area looked really nice, but it was way too cold to eat outside on the day we visited. Cons: - The pizza, unfortunately. We had a pepperoni and mushroom, and there was maybe 6 or 7 bits of mushroom on the whole pizza. Pepperoni was OK but could have been crispier. The crust was very thick and bread-y; fine if you like it that way but a bit too dense for me. The whole thing was not terrible per se, but nothing special either. Would not order again. Verdict: - Not worth a special trip here, but if were are in the area we might try one of the non-pizza entrees instead. YMMV. read more

Got in right when they opened, got to meet the owners, super nice, the bar manager asked what I was in the mood for, made food and beer suggestions that paired perfectly. The food was phenomenal I tried the pizza and the pulled pork sandwich. Paired with a nice lager. Really made my Thursday lunch a solid way to finish the rest of the day. By far the best crust and combination of toppings we have EVER had from a restaurant. The wings were also better than any I have eaten elsewhere. The staff was great, prompt and polite to everyone there. The establishment was clean, and had a very comfortable feel to it. My only issue was that there were allot of people, and not enough restroom facilities. We will DEFINITELY return when we are in the area for seconds, and thirds! read more

Service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and courteous. Ambiance was fun and music was not so loud we couldn't hear each other. Lively place with a good mix of people. Very inviting. We're immediately greeted at the door. Food was delicious. We had the tequila lime wings, french fries and a salad. Wings were finger licking good, french fries were perfectly crunchy not greasy. We came here on a Sunday morning with a group of 8 people with dogs. We noticed the doors were locked at 11 but were greeted by Jay immediately who said they technically open at 12 on Sunday's but he was happy to pour us drinks to get started. We had the whole patio to ourselves, were given drinks and food once the kitchen opened. Jay went above and beyond for us. He's literally the best most attentive server, bartender and was holding the entire restaurant down by himself. Food was incredible as always. Thank you Jay! Just left Brick and Barrel for dinner this evening and wow! First and foremost, we came in towards closing so a huge thanks to the staff for staying open for us! All of the food was pretty tasty. We had Buffalo Cauliflower, Pulled pork sandwich, and the Kitchen Sink Pizza. Everything was good, but the pulled pork sandwich stood out as the best. They have a FULL bar now!! The food has always been delicious here but what brought us back was the introduction of cocktails! Im pretty picky on my beers so it was so cool to see them add cocktails to their menu. With that being said, the espresso martini was yummy! The drinks seem pretty well priced especially compared to other similar restaurants. The service was great, again the staff were so accommodating and personable. We even brought in our sweet pitbull, Gemma, and they were very welcoming to her as well. Atmosphere: very fun! Great music taste has an upbeat environment. Bar area had lots of guests conversing with other bar table tops and regular seating available. Appetizer: We had the basic salad and 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Absolutely delicious and great size for a large. Fed about 6 servings. Pizza: We built our own pizza and the cheese and marinara was absolutely delicious. I did have to eat the pizza slice with a fork because i was unable to pick it up but the flavors compensated for that. The dough is soft and the crust is crispy. 10/10 They also brew their own beer! Our first visit yielded mixed results. The waitress was prompt in approaching us and asking about beverages. They have a very limited selection as far as wine choices go. Seemed to have a larger selection of beers on tap. Not realizing how large the pizzas were we ordered two small pizzas. Both came in a reasonable amount of time considering they were busy. We asked for silverware and it took quite a while and then they brought each of us one fork. Both pizzas tasted fine, Both pizzas were $22 each which seems like a value, although they were mostly crust. The flavors were good though. When we asked for our check it seemed to take quite a while and we immediately handed the waitress a credit card. She disappeared for at least 10 minutes and when she came returned we noticed that contrary to California law they are charging a 5% service charge for non-cash payment. Due to this, we probably won't return any time soon. I do feel the pizza was a value and had they charged $1 or $2 more we wouldn't have even thought about it. As someone who has spent 11 years in the restaurant business and my significant other who has 50 years in the retail industry this undisclosed fee is an irritant. read more

My wife and I went there the other night, first timers, the 3rd day they were open. We had the Kitchen Sink personal pizza and soft drinks. The ambiance was casual and laid back. It is a sports bar but very nice. There pizza dough was the bomb so they had great tasting pizza. Very unique. We had an accident with our pizza, and the staff made a new one for us. I ordered the cinnamon sugar covered doughnut holes, closed out the check, only to be told aftertaste they were out. The chefs made us a special dessert to make up. These people are top notch. Will go there again and they are open till midnight. Awesome ! read more

So happy to welcome a new restaurant in Lincoln! The salads are flavorful and a nice portion. The fringes are so good! Crispy onion rings and the best crispy fries. I tried this place for the first time because of the reviews and late hours. I got a pizza and Buffalo wings. The wings were good but the pizza was disappointing. Soon as I got home I new it needed a little longer in the over, The cheese was barely melted so I threw it in for a few minutes. After a couple bits I could tell the dough under the cheese was raw. I lifted the cheese up and found a nice layer of raw dough. Can't really fix this so the pizzas trash now. read more

It was definitely not the best way to place an order at the bar. The bartender said no problem and stopped what she was doing to start the order for drinks. When she finished and was going to deliver them herself, you both were gone. Drinks wasted. On Thursdays they have trivia and get very busy. The servers and bartender do a wonderful job keeping the orders flowing. I think you might want to give them a second chance and then do a realistic review. Just a suggestion. read more
