Unfortunately, after the roof replacement, we noticed a serious problem that had never occurred before. During heavy rain, water began pouring down the front of our house, and water also started seeping into the front of our basement, leaving the carpet wet. We investigated and discovered that the eavestrough was filled with old and new shingles, along with nails and other debris. We contacted the roofing company and asked them to return to inspect the roof and clean up the debris. We called several times and were told they were very busy and would come within a few days. We ended up waiting almost one month. Last week, we were specifically told someone would come today at 9:30 a.m. but nobody showed up. Since then, our calls have gone directly to voicemail. This has been extremely frustrating, particularly because the issue has resulted in water entering our basement. We expected the company to stand behind its work and address the problem promptly, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Robert's Reliable Roofing.

The project manager Brandon Mazzacco, was consistently unprofessional, failed to communicate clearly, and generally did not appear to know what he was doing. He provided an inaccurate timeline at the outset and failed to consult with the work crews responsible for carrying out the job to ensure it was feasible. As a result, the timeline was extended at the very last minute--not once, but three separate times--which left our family displaced from our home for three times longer than we were originally told. The quality of the work performed was equally unacceptable. Much of the work was done poorly, and in several instances, it was completely incorrect. We repeatedly raised these concerns with the project manager, who failed to address them adequately. As a result, areas of our home were damaged--damage that could have and should have been avoided had the work been done with care, competence, respect and proper oversight. What is most disturbing, however, is the growing belief my wife and I share that this mistreatment and negligence were not just about incompetence, but deliberate. As a mixed-race gay couple, we could not help but notice the dismissive tone, condescension, and blatant lack of respect we received throughout the process. We cannot ignore the pattern of disregard and the persistent failure to correct mistakes that, in our view, went beyond negligence and bordered on discriminatory behavior. We expected a professional experience. What we received instead was disrespect, broken promises, poor workmanship, damage to our home, and a lingering sense that we were never treated as equal or worthy clients. No family should have to experience this--especially in their own home.

When they seal coated the driveway as a way to try and fix it, they splattered tar all over the side of the house and garage door. He said he would fix it but, as expected, he never did. 3. The company will respond to your reviews with "please call us to fix it", but they never will. 4. The son will text you after you post a negative review and he will actually make it sound like he's doing you a favor. Last text I got from him said "I'll fix it just to get you out of my hair". Still didn't fix it. 5. They lie about the work they do. They were supposed to remove the old base layer, and lay down a new layer of gravel. I literally watched them and he never did it. He even told me that the gravel below was in great shape and it wasn't needed. Clearly when you look at the pictures you will see that this looks like a 20 year old driveway, but it's less than 3 years old. At this point, I can't trust you to do the work and honor your warranty. If you are serious about your customers, you can pay another company to fix it and do it right.
