I was getting water in my house/ceiling and they identified that as the problem. I'd gotten several quotes that were all over the place, theirs was in the middle, but I liked their thoroughness and they had other good reviews. My chimney had eroded because I had gotten a new high efficiency furnace and the company did not install a chimney liner. Art of Stone did an amazing job, the result was a beautiful looking chimney and a new cap on top. I've had zero problems with water since then. I then had someone else put in a chimney liner so the problem wouldn't re-occur. I would recommend.

Will and his crew were prompt, clean and courteous. Will showed me where our existing chimney was basically falling apart (yay old homes!), and explained how he could rebuild it using reclaimed brick that would match the original. He was very thorough in tracing the gas lines through the property to ensure there were no leaks anywhere, and getting gas restored to the fireplace. He also showed me where there were cracks on the fireplace refectory panels, and sealed them to prevent damage. His crew even vacuumed the gas logs so we weren't burning off dust when we lit the fire. Very highly recommend. We hope to use them in the spring to rebuild our chimney.

Nancy did the homework to identify an alternative pilot assembly replacement for the discontinued one. Corey (clearly an experienced and skilled technician) came out to do the repair, worked around some problem issues, communicated well, and fixed it--all for a fair price. He was meticulous about cleanup leaving the fireplace and immediate surroundings cleaner than before. While their service backlog was a month, the knowledgeable, efficient service was well worth the wait.

Over a year ago they quoted my wife a price to clean out the little pipe/flue that goes from our fake fireplace to the outside: $135 The guy that came to fix it did precious little of value. He took the fireplace logs apart and could not get them back together AND our fireplace didn't work anymore. He said that Zach would come out to put them back together and he charged my wife $250(ish). When my wife asked why so much he said that the difference was for Zach to come back and put the logs together (THAT HE HAD TAKEN APART!) (They really played my wife!) When Zach came over, he seemed in a big hurry, like he had better things to do. He tried to put the logs back together. (Part of it fell off the next day.) He tried to fix the fact that it wouldn't even start after his worker broke it when Zach was done it worked for 3 and a half minutes, just long enough for Zach to get out of our driveway. I called him a day or two later and he acted like it wasn't his concern anymore. I haven't heard from them since. Zach and his team came in and finished up in 3 hours! Zach showed me the picture before and after. Explained what they did and why. VERY professional, personable and courteous. Didn't get the creeps or feel that they were doing things half a$$ed. These are the types of guys I would trust with my mom - meaning they wouldn't scam her or do anything shady. DEFINITELY go with with team vs the other big company. This is a family run business so the wait is a bit longer (smaller crew) but viewing the quality of work and the honesty makes up for it. I'm seeing the other reviews about pricing ... Go to the larger company (that's well known in this area) and see how much the difference is..... It was HUGE for me.
