Service was not good at all. Ordered a salad and Maddie asked if we wanted before the Meal we said yes and got it after. We asked for a silverware and she dropped a couple of plastic forks on the table. There was a spill next to our table That no one cleaned. They just left a wet floor sign. Food is fairly decent but the service will drive this place away? We asked to be seated on the patio when the male host approached us and he said he was going to wipe a table down. When the female host seated us she sat us at a sticky table and we told her we were ready to order. We waited 10 minutes and no one had come to our table to even ask what we wanted to drink, so we left this was my third time visiting. Not sure what happened today with our pizza... it was very bad. First go round it came out and it was all soggy... like it was sitting in water. Sent it back. Second go round wasnt much better... still not crispy and the crust seemed like it was old or someone didnt make the dough correctly. Sent it back. The manager (I assume) came out and apologized and took it off our ticket. Had the chicken tenders... they were ok, not like they use to be. Maybe they were having a bad day. Had decent service so that was good. Kickin shrimp was good. The wings were over priced and less than mediocre. The "fire roasted veggies" were absolutely disgusting and cold. The chicken fried chicken was dry and tuff, the gravy flavorless. Fries were tasteless but the ranch was really good. Drinks were the absolute best part, no complaints there. I'm giving it a two for the drinks and shrimp. But majority of the food was not good at all and the prices were hefty. read more

This place sucks!!! What kind of Cooks do they have in their kitchen ? I order Fish & Chips and the Fish is literally raw . I know the grease was to hot. The fries were cold like it sat in window, ordered a burger and fries same the food was cold. The waitress didn't even apologize for any of it and she had the nerve to replace my fish with another item I got and by the time I received the item the people I went with already got a to go box for their cold food. The waitress never once apologize for the food that was coming out then after she brought my food she acted as if she had an attitude and didn't even bring me a bag but she brought my friend bag. I will never eat this Trash again. I HATE going out and getting cold food. AND YOU KNOW YOU DONT SEND FOOD BACK... Get home call the manger JEFF and he says she didn't charge for the fish.. My husband and I had a long day and wanted to relax before we headed back to cedar creek for the night. We were seated right away but once we were, no one stopped to check on us or take our drink order. We sat for 20 mins before we decided to leave and go somewhere else. They attempted to offer us free food but we denied and left. When she finally took our orderit was about 30 min before we got our food, a pizza, a burger, Quessadiss, and achicken dinner. I ordered a side salad that should have been served before the meal. I will definitely not be back. The hostess and waitress were both rude as can be. Our drinks were wrong multiple times, our food was wrong and some of our food came out cold. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. When I asked the waitress about a kids menu she got an attitude about how they don't have any. The waitress' name was Xoe at least that is what it said on the receipt. She did not introduce herself at the beginning of the night. Went for lunch, ordered chicken fied chicken steak. It was huge! Covered 3/4 of the plate. The only things bad were the gravy on top had no flavor. The fried okra was way to salty to eat, and the ranch salad dressing had no flavor. Hopefully the fix before we try again. Then I'll take this down. read more

They got a one star only because no star wasn't an option...I have been wanting to try this place for a while brought a group with me and was so disappointed the food was horrible and when we the manager came she said oh it's bc of such and such no I'm sorry no nothing just it's like this bc of the toppings or whatever not only the food the service sucked too. Wasn't sure if I should visit, but I did tonight and it was so good. The service is good, the music was great, and the food was good as well. I had a Caesar side salad, the fried chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and it all didn't disappoint. My husband had their steak with mashed potatoes and garlic broccoli & also shrimp. I would definitely recommend her if you sit at the bar area. The food is awesome as well and big portions too. Good beer and good food! We were promptly sat outside as requested and enjoyed the atmosphere. We were taken care of very quickly after sitting by our waiter Jason. After about 15-20 minutes of good conversation and nice drinks our food arrived. We had ordered a steak and salmon and the salmon was perfect and the steak was a little undercooked we asked Jason if we could get the steak cooked a little more and he happily replaced the steak with a perfectly cooked one in mere minutes and gave a free beer for the mistake. 10/10 would recommend this place to friends and would suggest to use Jason as their waiter. Good location and somewhat interesting menu. Wife had the Big Bang burger. Ordered it medium, came medium well but we did not send it back. Other than the cooking issue, the burger was delicious and the barbecue sauce was fantastic. I ordered the ultimate chicken quesadilla, and I was very disappointed in it. The insides of the quesadilla were loaded with cheese, but the topping had very little cheese and the tortilla was very dry. The flavor was not very exciting either, very bland. . I ate two of the triangles and got bored. The presentation of the quesadillas was also poor. They were served on a very thin wooden plank instead of a dish. Felt more like I was eating an appetizer. Our server was very upbeat and friendly. She might have been the best part of the experience.I was also disappointed with the selection of appetizers. I believe that a joint like this should offer fried mushrooms, but there were none to be found. read more
