They've got a big menu, and unfortunately a lot of the items are just [roll with spicy mayo and eel sauce] which is good, but it doesn't give you as much variety as you'd expect, but that doesn't mean it's not good stuff. It's just more like Taco Bell where they only actually have 10 things - they just put them together differently. And they've got a lot more than 10 things, so I shouldn't compare them to Taco Bell but you know what I mean. They've got poke bowls and bento and cooked stuff too, so everybody can find something they like. I do the sushi. The quality is good. Not PREMIUM, but good enough that it's not worth complaining about. They're not slicing up a fresh tuna in front of you, but the taste and texture is good. And the servers are usually pretty cool and don't rush you and are happy to answer questions or give guidance. The atmosphere is... interesting? It's not classy, but it's not dumpy. It's in-between. Probably classy enough for college kids, and there's not much point going beyond that, because that's going to be most of their clientele. I will say that their music isn't great. Sushi places should have cool music not some country crap. Get that off of there. Do some asian elevator music if you can't find something sweet and trendy.

Last time we were in there, one of the staff (or an owner) was seated in a booth by us and coughing (more like hacking) the whole time. We almost left since it was so bad. He should have left the dining area if he was that sick. Our salads and soup arrived first and then almost everything arrived at once, hot and fresh! The restaurant only had 2 other seated tables but they had a fair amount of togo orders while we were waiting. Let's start with salad and soup - traditional hibachi type salad and soup. The salad had the dressing on the side in cute heart shaped bowl. The soup was traditional and was hot and tasty. Next up appetizers - the menu didn't indicate the gyoza was deep fried but it was very good too. Crispy on the outside and moist and filling in the middle. The crab Rangoon had been mentioned in previous reviews and I'm so glad we tried it. It's on the sweeter side but filling is very creamy with pieces of imitation crab. I'd recommend them both. Finally onto the rolls - my daughter loved her California tempura roll - packed with traditional California roll filling and perfectly fried. My spicy tuna roll was extremely delicious, a little spicy and packed with flavor. Our total was $45, but we had a really great and extremely filling meal. I'd highly recommend dining in or ordering togo. Service was excellent and our waitress was so nice. One last detail, they have wooden chairs with smiley faces cut out.

We ordered the Sushi & Sashimi for 2 - the premium selection. It's served with a miso soup and salad with ginger dressing. The soup and salad were pretty good. It's the sushi that's the star, though.
