Waffle fries looked good but were disappointingly cold and not crispy at all. Staff seemed apathetic, like they totally wanted to be anywhere else. No direction on where to get drinks/condiments/napkins, etc. Most of the tables were dirty with food crumbs and it seemed like the whole place could use a wipe down with some Dawn Powerwash. Floors are seriously slippery and need to be addressed soon or someone might fall. Bathroom needs some deep cleaning as well on a regular basis. I hope they can succeed and would love to see them put improvements in place to make that happen! I don't want to see them fail like a lot of restaurants do within the first 5 years!

So little that there was no discernible flavor from the delicious mango habanero sauce that I taste tested at the truck. With such dry meat - some bbq sauce would've been helpful! The food was cooked to perfection (and I ordered various times during the party) and it was clearly made with fresh items. Plus he took guest allergies into consideration! Additionally, Chef Chris' customer service and professionalism was exceptional - especially given that due to a changing weather system, the event location changed 3x in 24 hours leading up to the event.
