We have not eaten at a ton of ramen restaurants in Cincinnati, but we had our fair share when we lived in California. I have to admit I've never seen ramen broth as white as the Tonkotsu. It caught me off guard. That said, it was pretty good. I would have given my meal 3 to 3.5 stars. Mark enjoyed the Miso Ramen very much. This is why I went with a four stars review overall. Staff were super nice. The place was clean. The bathroom was not super nice. It had a slight gas station bathroom vibe going on. The menu is pretty big.
