There's a large lot behind the building that is shared with the driving range, The Y and the orthopedic center. Some parking is allowed along the street in front of the building but that was full. There's plenty available which is always a nice problem to have. I really liked the industrial design inside. It still felt cozy in spite of what is generally considered harsh. The dark wood and metalwork made a giant space feel smaller, in a good way. It wasn't terribly busy on the night we visited so the service was excellent. There were plenty of staff on hand as well, so I can't imagine that the service isn't also great on busier nights. Where I felt let down was in the food itself. The artichoke dip appetizer was my favorite thing. We also ordered a pizza to share and, while it wasn't awful, it wasn't that good. It WAS perfectly cooked, but nothing had flavor. The crust was blah, the sausage tasted like nothing, the pepperoni was crispy and the jalapeno peppers were mild enough, but still the only thing I could taste on the pizza. A little salt would go a long way in the dough, and maybe switch to a seasoned sausage. Hopefully they can improve on the flavors and seasoning, because this really is a nice sit-down pizza place. read more

We ordered a margarita pizza, Diavola pizza (sub peppers for mushrooms) and two chicken parms. The pizzas were great and serve 2 unless you are hungry. They are hard to eat with hands as the center of the pizza gets flimsy so you'll need a fork. Chicken parm was great but probably could be split cause its huge. Service was great and super attentive. Wish we would've got more of a warning on the size of the chicken parm but it's fine.Overall food delicious and great value for the money! read more

The meatballs and sauce were just like nonnas and the bread, ohhh the bread was so delicious and fresh! Burratta balsamic with fresh tomatoes, balsamic and arugula was the perfect combination! The diavolo pizza was perfection with the amount of toppings and spices flavored meats (sorry no pic)! Yet still the short rib is the all time favorite dish with the sherry wine, delicious potatoes and sweet carrots. Truffle ravioli stuffed with Alfredo and spinach with toasted crostini and the perfect amount of cheese was a great addition to the menu. Steak carabonara was perfectly seasoned and charred with spaghetti lightly sauced. Now the desserts; my oh my where do I begin? There were so many choices. It was hard to just pick a few. The gelato was perfectly creamy and flavorful, including the salted caramel and vanilla bean tiramisu? This place has elevated tiramisu pillows of perfectly soaked Savoiardi with whipped mascarpone filling and liqueur and the perfect amount of cocoa with vanillla bean ice cream topped with balsamic was quite the surprise! Cocktails? They know how to crack them. The blueberry Moscow Mule was like a sips of sweet heaven! I feel bad giving them a 2* bc I want it to succeed but the visit just left all of our group underwhelmed. First off, their entire staff appears to be just college students so wondering how they will do from September to May when they have to staff those not currently in school. The front of the house had no clue on the most simple things like reservations, SecurePark, or how to seat a table that didn't have a reservation. It took them 15 minutes to seat a table for 6 when the place was no more than 30% capacity. Second, bartender has no clue how to divide orders. 4 of us sat at the bar & we were two different couples. It was quite obvious. She put all 4 of our drinks on one tab. I asked for my bill when our table was finally ready & she had billed my friend for my drinks. Don't mean to be rude but if you're a bartender you need to ask how you want the bill. Third, the beer was 25% foam. Bartender again had no clue how to pour a beer from a tap. Again, issue with staffing since the girl was 21 to 23 with little knowledge. They also have a subpar draft selection. Food: My gf & I shared a salad & pizza. Salad was a complete joke for the $15. Felt like a tapas/appetizer that was half the size of a meal salad. If you order a salad as your meal, you will be greatly disappointed. Pizza: DON'T order anything with the tomato base, which is 95% of their pizzas to choose from. You will get a pizza that has all toppings falling off. I luckily ordered one with just garlic oil & at least it didn't fall off but the topping quantity was poor. It was an okay pizza but nothing special. Add on: Their cooks couldn't make a pizza with a half on one side & half on the other side. One of our couples got their pizza 10min after the other two couples bc they made it incorrectly. Then when they got it, the half with one topping had like 4 total pepperoni's & other side a small amount of mushrooms. Complete embarrassment. For a price & quantity perspective, the pizzas are too small to be a single sharing item for a dinner. You will still be hungry bc these are thin crust Neapolitan pizzas. I do think they need to make them bigger, sell $3 more per pizza, & people will be happier. This place was very disappointing for the hype. Won't be going back. read more

Great overall experience! If you are in the area this place is worth checking out. We had an excellent meal, our service was outstanding, and it has a good atmosphere. The House made meatballs in the signature brick bread bowl had a lot of flavor and it was indeed sizable. Great way to start our meal, definitely recommend! For the main course we ordered three pizzas, the Crudo, the Diavola, and the Margherita. I absolutely loved the Crudo and the Diavola. The Crudo's description is San Marzano red sauce, proscuitto, arugula, fresh mozzarella, shaved parmesan, balsamic drizzle. Every ingredient was fresh and the combination was perfect. The Diavola has some heat and the following, San Marzano red sauce, fresh mozzarella, spicy sausage, pepperoni, spicy cherry peppers. Such a depth of flavor on this one. The Margherita was ok but I wasn't super impressed with the amount or flavor of the cheese which is fine because we ordered this one for the kids anyway. read more

Desserts were advice and beyond delicious and the presentation was almost too beautiful to eat! The tiramisu was a large portion and everyone that had some said it was the best they've ever tasted. We ate an early dinner here on a Sunday night; because we were early, we had the place almost to ourselves. We found the ambient music a little loud; on another visit, we'd ask for a quiet corner. Honestly, there wasn't a lot of variety in the pre-planned pizza menu; on another visit, I'd order a custom pie from their BYOP menu. We decided to try this place since it opened so close to our home. Service was fantastic! Our waitress Elizabeth was amazing!!! She had a great personality and was awesome with her service. The pizza was good. I love a brick oven pizza. Their spicy sausage was delicious. The antipasta platter was quite tasty and beautifully done. The sangria Italiano was refreshing and delicious. Many of their combinations of pizza weren't exactly out style so we did make some substitutions. ***just be aware the computer system charged us $2 a pizza for taking a meat choice off and substituting with a vegetable. Make sure to check your bill before you pay. They corrected it and removed the extra $4 but we had to ask why we were being charged the additional money. read more

Brick is a wonderful asset for Franklin. We appreciate having a local restaurant option that isn't just bar food. The pizza here is also WAY better than anything else you can get locally- and on-par with pizza we ate last week in Italy. We love the Burrata. The kids rated their Shirley Temples high. Great wine and great desserts! It is comfortable and well decorated. The staff went way above and beyond to take care of our family- thank you! This place is absolutely fantastic. I went there with my parents and brother and hands down some of the best service I've ever had. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We sat down and got our drink order taken and drinks came out super quick. It was my first time trying Burrata and easily one of my new top 10 appetizers I've had. When I had a question about the menu it was answered perfectly and had many different options to what I could do. I settled for the most delicious chicken tenders I've ever had. The ranch was nice and creamy and the tenders were extremely fresh. For dessert I had the chocolate gelato and it was super comforting. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a friendly, well service, delicious place to eat. This dining experience is definitely the highlight of my week. I dined at Brick Pizzeria last night, Friday, July 7 at about 8PM. The waitress was prompt in taking our order and she was pleasant. It was busy in the restaurant, as most restaurants are on Friday nights. It took quite a long time for our pizza to come to the table, she stopped by and told us the kitchen was backed up and it would be out soon. We ordered the signature Margherita Pizza. The ambiance in Brick is outstanding! I was able to observe what others had ordered as I waited and saw people having a difficult time picking up the slices of pizza, which indicated the crust was underbaked. When we got ours I had the same problem, the sauce actually fell off the first slice I tried to pick up! I never leave a negative review without bringing my opinion to the establishment first, I told the waitress and she said they cook the pizza for a minute and a half in the brick oven and this was how there pizza is served. But went on to say I should try them again when they're not so busy. I have traveled to the Campania region where this pizza is famed to be from, sadly it is not. read more

I'll start by saying our server was friendly and attentive. She tried her best to work with what this restaurant had to offer. The ambiance was nice and decorated beautifully for the holidays. We ordered off the specialty drinks menu, there was nothing special about the Italian sangria. It was tasteless and sour. We asked for simple syrup to add to it. It took close to a half hour to get a shot of simple syrup from the bar because they had to make it. We were told that "it's cooling". What well stocked bar that mixes specialty drinks doesn't have simple syrup?! When the server took our order I was told that the pizza I ordered off of the menu is no longer offered or being made. Maybe it should be taken off the menu. I then settled for a buffalo mozzarella margarita pizza which was in fact very basic and nothing special. No one in management came over to apologize for the drinks or offer something different. Quite disappointing all around, except for our server. She did her job, and she did it well with what she had to work with. Will we return? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. There are just better pizza places in the area. read more
