Might as well do it yourself.. Also, without major floor prep, it won't stick well or be what you want. Musselman's use something other than epoxy and can talk the science about it with you. If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. We purchased our home from LEVELTX and have had multiple plumbing issues along with numerous other…read moreproblems since moving in. Despite multiple warranty service calls (December 2024 and July 2025), by an unlicensed plumber, the problem was never fixed properly -- each time we were told it was just "construction debris in the line." By September 2025, our bathroom and bedroom flooded, and an independent plumber confirmed it was a major plumbing/foundation defect that has likely been leaking sewage and water under our home since the foundation was poured. When we contacted LEVELTX again, they refused to take responsibility, even though these issues began and were reported during the warranty period. We now face significant damage that could have been prevented if the warranty work had been handled correctly. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor workmanship, and we urge anyone considering building with LEVELTX to be cautious. Documentation, invoices, and photos have been retained, and we are pursuing remedies under the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act.
