I've ordered from this place before, pizza is good. Today was my first time eating there. My family and I had dinner there for the first time. It was the worst experience we've ever had in our life eating at a restaurant. We spent over $70. When we got our food I went and asked for Ranch. They charge .75 cents for it which I didn't have a problem paying but I only had debit card and they wouldn't take it because I would have to spend $5. So I walked away with no ranch(bad customer service). Then my wife went back for a refill and they charge .50 cents. Again walked away with nothing. We finished our food then my wife went asked for a box. This is when the guy flipped out on my wife talking shit in front of other customers(guy with the colored hair and black glasses) They must of talked about us because why else would the guy flipped out on her. Top it off the pastas had no chicken. And the other pasta only had 2 shrimps. Never again would we go here. He absolutely embarrassed my Wife in-front of other customers. We left and no one apologized or try to make our experience better. As I look at there Yelp reviews, it's clear the customer service is horrible. Worst customer service we have ever experienced. I ordered the Large BBQ pizza on Uber eats and I was very disappointed because it really just felt like you were eating a lot of bread it was very thick and not in a good way, it almost felt as if it was old and not fresh and it just was hard to chew. The Mexican pizza was amazing and the days after were still good and tasted fresh. I've been coming here for 7 years. Pizza and sandwiches were GREAT! I used to love eating there, watching the game as I enjoyed a pitcher of beer. I don't know what happened 3 years ago but in my own opinion, the quality went down the tubes and prices went up. Way up. The sad part is, according to their cashier, the manager kept prices on the menu low, but charged customers $2 more per item. Pizza was ok. Nothing special. The crust is flat and soggy. An hour and a half before they close they were packing us all in one room or patio. Because they were closing the other room. Why? We order the Meat Lovers Pizza, (7/6/24) added some veggies. When I called to order the guy (wish I had gotten his name) was super nice. I picked up our order and was greeted by the counter guy and the guy putting my order together. Now let's talked about the food. We don't eat pizza a lot, but this was the BEST pizza I have ever had, worth the prize, loaded with toppings. If you want mediocre pizza, keep ordering from the chains. Two months ago it was perfect and tonight it was burnt and not good at all. The service is horrible. Called to place a phone order to have ready in advance. Went in and it was thankfully. Female worker at the counter was especially rude. Establishment seemed very busy however that gives no one the right to be rude to customers. I paid almost 60 for two pizzas and wings. The wings alone were 16.99 and couldn't even throw in a ranch. She charged for that too. This place is overrated big time and I truly hope they changes their ethics or just close down already. To me, I thought it was a 9/10 but all the sudden the past 2 times I ordered, it's extremely lacking taste and went down to a 2/10! Recently tried this spot. Friendly service for sure and once this COVID is a thing of the past, it seems like dining would be a fun thing to do here. Anyhow, we tried their version of the pastrami pizza and I was disappointed. They cut their pastrami into small pieces that once its could, it looks and tasted more like bacon. Maybe I am spoiled but I am use to the larger pieces on this type of pizza. Anyhow, the pizza flavor is overall pretty good. Plenty of cheese and toppings on my other ones as well. First time eating here yesterday after searching for a local pizza place since we were all craving pizza and we were all very pleased with the food. My husband and I ordered and shared a medium pizza with tomatoes, mushrooms, jalapeños, and pepperoni and it was very good! If i could eat it everyday i would lol :) The wings are juicy and bigger compared to other places around town and their salads are delicious as well! Italian dressing is the way to go!
