    HOT Boneless wings

Delicious pizza,, the green salad was 100% fresh, bonesless wings are good too, soft and flavorful. Even the ranch was perfect. Overall, the food is 10/10. Ambiance is super chill and relaxed. Plenty of seating available on either side of the restaurant. Bathroom are also available on each side. Customer service is great. The staff very attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. Its definitely a team effort.

Background On Brickhouse Pizza: A small family owned pizza shop in the heart of Whittier, CA. Serving the community for over 25 years. Promotions/Specials: Check there promotions and specials on their website: https://www.whittierbrickhousepizza.com/ Visitation Rights: Twice so far Restroom: One unisex restroom Credit Cards: They're accepted, but they charge a $0.99 surcharge. Location/Parking: Located between Philadelphia St and Wardman St. on Bright Ave.. Parking can be found along Bright Ave. or in the public parking lot across the st. Ambiance/Decor: Neat ambiance with modern furnishings. Decent amount of seating for all. I can see this place be packed with regulars. During the 2 times I went, there wasn't many patrons there. Entertainment: They have a little mini arcade. Consists of The Simpsons, Metal Slug, and NBA Pinball machine. You'll probably feel crammed playing in there. Service: Service was great. The staffers were nice and welcoming. They would come to your table to ask if you need anything or to leave your trash on the table so they could take care of it for you. Pizza Of Choice: 1) 2 pizza slice (cheese or/and pepperoni) and medium drink lunch combo deal ($8.99). I decided on both the cheese and pepperoni slices. I thought the pizza slices were tasty even though the fell off the pizza due to the heavy handed sauce layer. I was also happy that there was free refills. 2) 2 Topping Mini Pizza: I customized the mini pizza to include pineapple and mushroom. Yesssss... pineapple belongs on pizza! It was delightful to eat. Toppings were fresh. Brickhouse Pizza For Thought: I would like to go back and try their other pizza options (Wednesday: Combination; Thursday (Hawaiiian); and Friday (BBQ Chicken) for their lunch special.

My wife and I went to Whittier pick up her cousin then we went to Brickhouse Pizza to grab a pizza and what else looks good on their menu. This pizza parlor gets packed with regulars and people picking their orders but very popular with the Dodgers fans that come to watch the game with pizza, wings and a pint of beer and see the game. We order a Margherita pizza and a antipasto and also garlic bread. Brickhouse Pizza is a popular pizzeria for grabbing pizza with family and friends that why so popular. They brought the antipasto and garlic bread then the Margherita pizza,I took a slice of the Margherita pizza it tasted very good the sauce they use is marinara sauce on their Margherita pizza, the sauce is very good. They add enough cheese on the pizza to make them pizza very cheesy adding the basil make the pizza very light and delicious. The antipasto Salad was really good mixed salad with iceberg lettuce and spring salad with cheese and salamander and other ingredients that make the salad good. Overall we enjoy the pizza and antipasto Salad and garlic salad next we need to try different items on their menu.

I came with my family recently, and I enjoyed it very much! We got the margarita pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza. Both were tasty, but I think the margarita was my fav! We also got the buffalo wings and chicken salad. Both were really good! The staff were very friendly and the inside was very comfortable with plenty of seating- they have 3 different rooms you could dine in. The food didn't take long at all, and prices were similar to other spots!

Order takeout pizza often. All toppings are so fresh and good, nothing dried out. Pick-up is quick (usually 20 - 30 minutes. The entire family loves it. We've eaten at the Bright Ave Whittier location as well. Love the ambiance, it's cozy and makes dining enjoyable. The service is fantastic whether dining in or picking up. We give it 10 stars out of 10. Going to get some now.

Although my family and I live nearby we had never eaten here before until recently. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, hot boneless wings, small pasta salad, mozzarella cheese sticks and a Pepsi. The mozzarella cheese sticks and marinara sauce was soooo good! Hands down the best I have ever had. I was however a little disappointed with the pasta salad. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't order it again. Other than that, everything was delicious! We ordered online and delivery was quick. I would recommend Brick house and will order food from here again.

Was in town and love this place. Nice little place to hangout with some friends and family and watch the game. Has a nice like outdoor (patio) seating area and is right across from the movies. Stopped and got a slice of pepperoni pizza and a drink for under 10 bucks and their slices are huge. Service was great and staff was friendly and helpful.

Was in area and was driving here by the smell of pizza in the air. I had high hopes, and ordered a pizza, calzone, wings and potato wedges. Honestly best thing I and was the wedges, worst was Calzone. The pizza was ok, ingredients were fresh, but ok. The calzone, was just all wrong, the cheese didn't really go with the Dough they used for it, I've had a lot of calzones in other locations and this is just not great. The wings were a good size and well sauced, will recommend. But what amused me was the potato wedges, perfect size, fresh, nice crisp to them, delicious. Ok pizzeria, if you want a decent pizza. Can't say I'll return,. Being from New York myself I know there are better pizzas out there.

On the other hand, they serve up a heaping plate of inconsistency. Three different items from their already small menu weren't available. No Al Pastor? Multiple beers tapped out? And this was early in the evening, not closing time. It made me wonder: supply chain problem, or did they just forget to go shopping? With only one server and one cook on duty, the whole place had a vibe of "we're trying, but please don't look too closely." Service was friendly, but the overall atmosphere felt a little uncomfortable, like something was just... off. As for the food: the Pumba tacos were excellent, the Gobernator shrimp taco was also good, and then there was the "side salad." Calling it a salad feels generous. It looked like someone raided the burger garnish tray and charged me $8 for it. Full iceberg leaves, a few tomato slices, a browning avocado, and purple onion just sat there staring at me, daring me to fight it. It was such a disaster I almost had to set up a GoFundMe page for it. The space itself is modern and vibrant, and the menu ideas are creative -- if only you can actually order them. Unfortunately, the potential doesn't outweigh the frustration. We won't be back.

Hey Brian, I wanted…read moreto reach out about something that happened tonight that I feel you should know about. I also want to be clear that all of this transpired after you had already left for the evening. For context, I'm a regular at the bar and have been coming in for quite a while. I've never had a major issue with Brent or Steven, even though they both have personalities that can come across as sarcastic or abrasive. I've generally let it go because my reason for coming to the bar is simple: I come in to have a few beers, relax, and enjoy myself. Tonight, while I was still drinking one of my beers and had some left in the glass, Brent came by and took it away as if I was finished. I jokingly said something along the lines of, "I guess you're not going to let me finish the last bit." I wasn't upset and wasn't trying to start an argument. It was an obvious mistake that could have been solved with a simple apology. Instead, he responded with a snarky comment rather than acknowledging the mistake. Later, he brought another beer to my table. I made eye contact with him and before I could even say anything, he asked, "Do you want to say something to me?" I replied, "No, I just wanted to say thank you." His response was, "Your eyes are telling me differently." Again, I found that unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. At that point, I decided to leave a $0 tip. I normally tip very well, often around 30% or more, and this was the first time I've intentionally left no tip because I wanted to send a message that I was unhappy with the way I was being treated. After that, Steven came over and confronted me about leaving no tip. He asked if I was really zeroing it out and questioned me about whether something had happened between me and Brent. I told him that whatever issue I had was not his concern, and he responded, "Fair enough." I assumed that would be the end of it. Instead, Brent came outside and confronted me. He told me Steven had said I had a problem with him. I explained that I didn't have a personal problem with him; my issue was his attitude and the way he was treating me as a customer. Rather than listening, he became increasingly hostile. I reminded him that I'm a customer and that I'm only there to buy beer from the business. I'm not there to deal with sarcasm, attitude, or an employee's emotions. As a paying customer, the minimum I expect is basic respect. I shouldn't have to walk on eggshells or accept being spoken to disrespectfully while simply trying to enjoy a beer. That confrontation ended poorly and he went back inside. A short time later, he came back out and confronted me again, this time in front of other customers. The situation became even more uncomfortable because it was happening publicly. During that exchange, he ultimately told me that I was not welcome back. Again, I reminded him that I am a paying customer whose only purpose in being there is to support the business and enjoy a beer. I should not be getting into arguments with employees, being confronted in front of other patrons, or being told I'm not welcome because I expressed concerns about how I was being treated. The bigger issue is that, in my opinion, this isn't just about tonight. This has been months in the making. I've noticed a pattern with both Brent and Steven where they seem to have become comfortable treating customers with attitude and sarcasm in ways that shouldn't be acceptable in a customer-facing role. I've overlooked it many times because I enjoy the bar and didn't think it was worth making an issue out of. On the other hand, employees like Kim, Josh, and David have always treated me and other customers with professionalism and respect. They know how to joke around while still making customers feel welcome. I've never had an issue with them. From my perspective, the problem is specifically Brent and, to a lesser extent, Steven. Brent especially has developed a demeanor that I find unwelcoming, confrontational, and disrespectful toward customers. I don't think I'm the only person who feels this way. Tonight was simply the point where it crossed a line. I'm not sending this because I want anyone fired or punished. I simply think you should know what happened, especially since it all occurred after you had left. I've spent a lot of time and money at your establishment over the years, and I would hope that customers--especially regulars--can expect basic courtesy and respect from the people serving them. I wanted to give you my side of the story directly. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

The folks/beertenders were very friendly and you can tell they're enthusiastic about craft beer and the craft beer community. At the time of my visit, I noticed some cans from some of my favorite breweries in the LA and SD area. The place feels like a craft beer oasis in that it's a bit of a destination and I'm not sure what else is around. Although, to be fair, I don't live in the immediate area and don't really know the area that well in terms of craft beer offerings. Definitely a spot I would like to frequent.
