The new management has really improved everything about That's Amore! The new owners and their staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have great deals for team parties and family style meals. If you haven't been in recently, give them a try. You will not be disappointed! Their sandwiches are very big so either go hungry or plan on having lunch the next day also. Their meatballs are excellent. I had them with the spaghetti and in the sandwich. The sandwich had some buttery garlic on the bread, a good amount of sauce and Meatballs and lots of cheese. I used to work next to this place and I wanted to try it but never did. Fast forward to yesterday 09/13/2026 we had a few recommendations saying new owners and it was fantastic. So opening day for NFL we thought let's check it out. The service the food the staff were all on point. We came here on a random weeknight. I remember coming here like 20 or so years ago and we had just never been back. We walked in and it looks like it's been recently redone. Everything was bright, super clean, and plenty of seating for families and even larger groups or teams. They even had a small arcade area. I loved that they had so many screens, perfect place to enjoy a pizza, beer, and watch a game. We were greeted when we approached the counter, and since it was our first time there in quite a while, Autumn offered up some great suggestions. We ordered our pizza, found a seat and shortly after ordered another pizza, but this time a mini veggie one. While we waited we enjoyed some cheesy garlic bread, and it was perfect. It had a great balance of flavors, butter and the perfect amount of cheese. Our pizzas came out shortly after and they were both generously topped and cooked to perfection. The dough tasted like it's made in house and the garlic butter around the crust was a great touch. Autumn came back to check on us throughout the meal and refilled our drinks without having to be asked. Service was great, the food was excellent. I ordered a small pizza, hot wings, and spaghetti with meatballs I came back here to experience the new ownership, and the ambiance is now lively, music going, people actually inside, and TVs playing sports. The Staff is friendly and food came out relatively quickly. One concern I want to mention is the $0.50 refill charge shown on the menu. The owner kindly told me not to worry about it, but seeing it listed initially made me second-guess getting a refill since I didn't want to use my credit card for $0.50. My concern is that having this fee visible on the menu may leave customers with a negative perception, which might outweigh any financial benefit. Another thing to note is there is no arcade games available, during my dine in, the downside I saw to that was kids were playing in areas inside the restaurant they shouldn't be, like infront of the bathroom doors. Having an arcade area will keep the kids tucked away in the corner rather than potentially ruining other customers experiences. I personally didn't mind, since it's expected to have kids playing in a pizza place, but to others they may not feel the same way. The pizza was good, a nice size, fluffy dough, and good amount of toppings. The spaghetti was very average, about what you'd expect from a pizza place like this, the best part about it were the meatballs and it was a good quantity, it can definitely be shared between 3 people, but I'd probably pass on it in the future. The wings were sauced well and a good size with plenty of meat on the bone. Overall, the service could been better, but you can tell the staff is still getting fully trained, so patience is helpful. While nothing particularly amazed me, it's still a noticeable upgrade from what the space used to be. A group deal, such as a pizzas and a pitcher of soda special would make it a great option for bigger parties. Since their primary demographic is likely to be sports teams, investing in an arcade or designated entertainment area would add real value. I can see this restaurant heading in the right direction, I would still recommend to come here because you can still tell they are working hard to be better. So take my rating with a grain of salt since in the future I'm sure many upgrades in service, food, etc. will be in place. We had their vegetarian, their sausage and pepperoni and fed 12 people in our party very easily. You cannot leave without trying the garlic and Parmesan chicken wings!! They are a must-have. The loaded potato wedges are delicious every time we get them, they're never skimpy on the cheese. Me and my 2 year old love the spaghetti and meatballs.
