    Really fun store that brings out everyone's inner child! If you love legos, this place is for you. Even if you don't, it's still fun to walk around and see the everyday things that can be assembled from the little building blocks. We ended up getting a sunflower and grand piano package. I already assembled the grand piano and it was so relaxing and fun! In the middle of the store are the bins with tons of little/individual pieces, and up front you can custom build all kinds of people (heads, hair, torsos, and lower body combinations). There is also a party room in the back for the little ones. Fast and friendly service, reasonable prices, and, again, just an awesome variety of everyday things to build.

    Wonderful, fun place for all ages. New, certified used sets and pieces. Pat was a great help and lots of fun

    I will start with this: Rolly's has a great product selection. The store is a bit cluttered…read more(particularly the upstairs portion) but it was great to see the full-sized nursery sets in person rather than online. My frustrations: - Staff is incredibly rude/speaks down to you. - Staff/store processes appear very disorganized and unsure about their offerings. Wrote my order on a sticky note/piece of paper and lost it twice in the matter of 15 minutes. Example of rude staff: First, I was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. Fine there, no issues, ordered plenty enough in advance. At the 8-9ish week mark, I called and checked for an update. I was told Million Dollar Baby had a nationwide outage and they can't check anything. (That's also fine, I get it) However, the staff made me genuinely feel like a bother for calling and asking, and I felt like an inconvenience. The lady on the phone repeated herself about 6 times when I kept saying "okay, understood, thank you" and just kept emphasizing that it wasn't their fault. I wasn't rude, didn't question anything beyond the estimated delivery date, and was genuinely confused. From point of order, I was told many times their delivery driver would call me with a quote so I could decide on delivery including assembly, or pickup. It took until week of delivery to get that quote so I was then stuck with a choice made for me. Two and a half weeks before delivery, Rolly's called me and told me the delivery was ready. A week of silence went by, so I called to find out when delivery would occur (we are working folks and don't just have people home on demand) so we can be prepared. Again, made to feel like I absolutely just ruined their day by calling, I was told I'd hear something later that day. Never did, took another week and a half and two more phone calls with the rude staff. The customer service absolutely is bottom of the totem pole. Nick the delivery driver, once he was given my contact information from Rolly's, was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional at delivery. For spending over $4K in one visit, even if I was spending $4, bare minimum expectation is always kindness and decent customer service. For these reasons, I will not recommend Rolly's, nor will I be returning. I have told several expecting families it is not worth the hassle, and to just not bother with Rolly's. There are several comparable boutiques in the Triad/CLT area that are comparable in product offerings, that care I'm an actual person and not an annoyance, that I recommend instead.     Gabes is an discount or off price retailer. You may pay 70% less than the regular department…read morestores. You can shop for food items, kitchen, bath, clothing, shoes, and general housewares. Just because it's a discount store doesn't mean it has to look like that. The items are displayed in in such an disorganized fashion. It makes shopping for specific items feel rushed because you are looking through chaos. There were 4 people in line and 1 additional customer waiting for a price check. There was only 1 register open. However, two Gabes employees were standing behind the one cashier having a chat. The quality of most items I'd say are fair at best. There are times you can find quality brand items.

    My 75 year old mother was refused a return today because the manager said she had returned the item…read moretwo days earlier. They refused to give her money back. How has it been returned before if she has the item and receipt today? They claimed the manager had her on tape returning the items earlier. All of this is going on while she is standing with the item and receipt. I thought it was odd when they made her get out of line and wait so they could handle her return. Thank goodness an associate that was working with my mom explaining multiple times that you cannot return something that has been returned before if the patron has a receipt. My mom asked the store to call the police so they could review the "so called tape". This never happened of course. This will be reported to Gabe's corporate as harassment.

    Target used to my go to and a must for weekly errands. I know they are going through renovations…read moreand have a lot going on, but the customer service has been lacking. The last few times I've been in the store, I have not had a good experience. Today, I went in and had a pleasant interaction at Starbucks. Started my shopping knowing my main item would be in the tech area. I arrive and look around for someone to assist Me. I stood at the counter, walked around the area, called Target from my phone and could not get an answer. After about 20 minutes, I walked until I found an employee. She called on the walkie and someone finally showed up. He seemed irritated from the get go. I was as pleasant as I could be and told him what I was looking for. He opened the cabinet, handed me the package and rang me up. I was a little concerned and wanted to make sure the item was correct. So, I unpackaged and tested it and sure enough, it was the wrong Item. At this point, he was out of sight! Instead of continuing my shopping as I had planned, I ended up at customer service for a refund and took my business to Walmart. The experience was night and day as I was greeted and helped immediately with a smile and thank you! I went to the website to provide this review/ feedback and it kept rerouting me so that was another frustration. I hope my local Target can do better!

Every clothes section had clothing and hangers on the floor. Items were on the wrong racks. Shelves were disheveled. Trash on the floor. There was someone buffing the tile floor though. It was such a mess that were I shopping alone, I would have left without purchasing anything. I've worked retail before and customers sometimes leave a mess. But staff never would have left a store in that condition for morning customers.
