I purchased 2 toys and the first one didn't work from the start and the second one had paint peeling within 5 minutes of play. I first purchased a smart/programmable robot for around $70 and upon bringing it home found that it was not weighted properly and just making it walk forward made it fall. I returned it the next day and purchased another toy that I thought couldn't be messed up. Wrong. I had purchased a simple Newtons Cradle, the desk toy that has 5 balls that uses momentum to swing back and forth for a while. Within only 5 minutes of using it, one of the silver balls started peeling. 4 silver balls, one copper ball. For $36 bucks I didn't expect a product that has been cheaply painted. When I returned to make the second return the staff claimed, "they've never had one return" and huffed and puffed like I had done something wrong. She did refund me, but was passive aggressive the entire time and ended it with "maybe there was a defect with the toys". Ya think? Off to Amazon.

And somehow... he even found a couple action figures he didn't already have, which is honestly rare because it feels like he owns everything. That alone made it worth the stop. The staff was super friendly, the store was clean and really well organized, and the selection was solid. Pricing felt competitive too, which I always appreciate. Definitely worth a visit if you're into collectibles--even if you're just tagging along like me, it's a fun stop. I just wish they had some "wife" seating so I could have relaxed while he shopped. I was really tired and sore from going to a concert the night before. But I did lean on the glass cases for some relief and no one got upset.

The toys brought me back to my childhood and I also made a few purchases. An Ernie Doll and a vhs from blockbuster. Ha. No I don't have a vhs player but I just had to buy it for nostalgia This Black Friday weekend they had specials throughout the store as well. The employees were wonderful and answered any questions you had.

Owner is super friendly and helpful. It's two floors of comics and collectibles, and we spent a good hour there exploring (great selection)! The basement is horror-themed and I would NOT wanna be trapped down there at night with the lights down low or off....very creepy! Lots of creative horrific decor from decaying skeletal figures to crazy clowns (the worst) to sofa chairs you'd think twice about sitting on. Every square inch is carefully thought out. Dollar comics and used graphic novels downstairs, found a couple Star Wars ones for $2-3 that we picked up for a friend's 10-year-old. Also available in the basement were whole packets of limited series sold together for convenience. These guys are here for the customer! Some clothing, pins, boots, Tshirts, lots of collectible toys! Be sure to visit Wolf the turtle in his terrarium next to the front desk. Highly recommend
