Oh alright, I'll say it: it's the BRICKfast of champions. This restaurant off the lobby at the LegoLand Hotel reportedly serves dinner (it was closed the night we were there in January 2024)... but all I can think about is the breakfast. It's served family style: bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, biscuits, fried potatoes and the most amazing French toast sticks ever. You can eat as much as you like-and when you order seconds (thirds, whatever) you can customize it-and get refills on your faves. We were obsessed with the French toast sticks-slightly crunchy on the outside-pillowy inside-light as a feather-gorgeous! The restaurant is bright-with big windows and tons of natural light. It's filled with amazing and colorful kitchen-themed Lego brick builds. Our server was so friendly and warm... and checked in with us often, despite being busy. They do a brisk business and I'd suggest getting your name on the list early, so you get the time you want. It's clean and they run a smooth, efficient and tasty system. I wanted to like this place because it's right in the Legoland hotel and themed with Legos but the entire place just felt gross and chaotic. Much of the food did not seem fresh and the bill was overpriced for the quality of food. Our server was fine but nothing really stood out from our time there other than it just felt unkept and the food quality was subpar. I preferred the Shipwreck food for that price. read more

We had breakfast here which was included with our stay at legoland hotel. It's a cute place! The food was served family style and everything is the same everyday except one item, this day it was waffles. They also had juice, coffee, and tea. The service was great and our server was friendly. There was a short wait to get in but they list times that are less busy so you can choose to go at slower times. read more

Bricks is located in the Legoland Hotel lobby, and it serves breakfast and dinner. Breakfast gets very crowded very quickly as it is one of two restaurants that serve the whole hotel. Get there by 8am to avoid a wait. Breakfast is served family style in a skillet with staples like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and the carb of the day (pancakes, French toast sticks and/or waffles). It's not the best food, but it's fuel for the day in the park. While my family and I did not eat dinner at Bricks, that meal is served as a buffet. The options sounded good, but the restaurant itself is in the middle of the lobby and gets SUPER LOUD with all the screaming kids running around, playing in the brick pit, and climbing all over the indoor play area that is just exactly adjacent to the two restaurants. I have always liked this buffet. Breakfast here is included when you stay at the hotel and is good. A nice way to fill up before the day at the park. And for dinner, it has a great selection for everyone. I often come swing by after the day in the park so everyone can refuel before heading home. A little pricey but it is a theme park buffet. Super convenient if you're staying in the hotel, we only ate the free breakfast rhat came with our stay so I will ONLY be speaking on this specifically. Breakfast is served family style, we ate there 3 times. The first time we got good service, the second time was mediocre and the third was outstanding service. I had no idea we had cereal or yogurt options until our last day, the waitress was great I wish I caught her name. The food was decent we loved the sausage over the bacon. My daughter didn't mind the pancake but the waffles were a family favorite. Food was somewhat bland but I've definitely had worse, they bring it out in a big round platter it's all warm. You can ask for more too if you run out. They have all the drinks you could want and OJ is brought in a carafe like bottle to let you refill as needed milks are the true moo containers. Our last waitress was amazing and refilled the kids drinks and offered us refills before oura was gone she even offered a to go cup of our drinks. Weekends it fills FAST opens at 730, but peiple show just before 7 and start a line. Tuesday morning? People strolled down at 8 and had no wait. Over all when we go again, ill have the breakfast here again. Probably wouldn't go for dinner, but I'd try it if buffet style was our thing for dinner. read more

We ate here many times during our stay at Legoland Hotel. Tiramisu, pineapple upside down cake, cheese curds, pizza, wings, chicken tenders and fries but the absolute best thing we had was the breakfast which was included with our reservation!Highly recommend making your breakfast reservations for each day when you check in (we didn't know that and checked in at a kiosk and had to go back down to the lobby later to make our breakfast reservations...at that point times were limited :/ ). The only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because they could streamline the mobile ordering more. Using the app or website didnt work at the time so we were scrambling to find the menu with QR code each time we wanted to order. My family visited another family that was staying in the hotels. The hotel was very accommodating, letting us park in the lot so that we could enjoy breakfast with our friends. We had a party of 7 around 8 am on a Thursday. We had about a 2 minute wait u til we were seated. The staff seemed pleasant and the restaurant was clean. We are right across from this buffet at the skyline loung the night before and it was absolutely horrendous and we would never recommend it to anyone. Things were quite the opposite for the buffet. The food was plentiful and very good. They had just about everything. You could imagine. The yogurt, fresh fruit, and tater tots were exceptionally good. Buffett breakfast which there is something for everyone. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days so it would have been nice to have some of the choices mixed up a bit. We ate here for dinner one night - be sure to make a reservation during your hotel reservation because there weren't any more reservations open after we checked in. We had menu 2 and we enjoyed it. I can only give 2 stars comparing the new menu set up to the previous one. They used to have an incredible rotating buffet. When you go to a place like legoland and literally everything revolves around the kids it gives the parents something to look forward to if you have good food. The salad bar and fajitas were always a favorite. As well as the carving station. The desserts were a favorite for the kids. My husband and I used to look forward to the food. Now we don't know where to go, because there really aren't a ton of quality restaurants and especially healthy options around there. I really hope you guys open the buffet back up. You could have someone serving food instead of self serve. read more

Nice looking buffet, but most of the food was quite bland. The bar in the hotel served better food from the same kitchen. The staff was amazing, super attentive. But honestly, there are many outstanding restaurants in the area if you explore. I will say that eating in the hotel so the kids can play in the play area is a bonus. This is the restaurant in the lobby of the Legoland hotel. It is incredibly convenient when visiting the park and staying at the resort. The service is excellent and the food selection is good as well. Breakfast was the better meal of the day, besting lunch or dinner. The breakfast options are good, starting with French toast sticks, custom omelettes and all of the traditional breakfast fixings. Lunch had its share of favorites for the kids, but was far less appealing to the parents. Dinner was good as well with a carving station, mac-n-cheese and other nice sides. The desserts were the least impressive of the offerings. The characters were by far the best part. Our five-year-old daughter was so happy that she was paid a table-side visit by the "best friends forever" cast. The boys enjoyed the superhero characters. Overall a great option considering convenience, characters and breakfast. Dinner and desserts could be just a tad better. Four solid stars. read more

It was very good. We ate dinner there on the first night we arrived. We booked in advance, so the cost was only $55 for a family of four. If you book while being in the hotel, The cost is significantly higher ($20 per adult). There was a salad bar, pasta station, barbecue station, which included pulled pork and ribs, taco/ fajita station with all the toppings, a kid station with macaroni and cheese, pasta, meatballs and other kid food, and a dessert station. There was also a carving station of brisket. Soft drinks and juices were also included. There was also an ice cream bar. The food was hot, it was tasty and I would recommend the restaurant overall. Breakfast was included with our stay at the hotel. Upon check-in at the hotel you were asked what time frame you would like to go to breakfast and they give you a reservation card. This card is to be presented at the front desk of the restaurant. There seem to be plenty of people waiting on line that did not have the cards. I would recommend two lines be instituted, one for those with reservations and cards and the other for those walking in. The line didn't move rather quickly. Only those with larger parties were asked to wait while they set up the table. The breakfast buffet consisted of an omelette station, which had a variety of toppings including mushrooms, onions, sausage, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, cheese and salsa. There was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and a carving station for ham. They had tricolor potatoes, which were very pretty to look at and tasty. They also had hash browns. They had grits and cheddar grits. They had sausage and biscuits. They had pancakes, French toast, and waffles. They had bagels and smoked salmon (lox). A variety of cereals, yogurts and fruit. They also had juice, milk and coffee. They had regular cream and vanilla creamer. Over all the food was hot and tasty and I would recommend the breakfast at this restaurant. Great for kids they make eating with my 1 year old super easy. The there is no menu it's a plater of food and it's unlimited. Every parent will agree, it's always difficult to feed a child. One day they like eggs the next day they don't, so Having a platter of food with various option and all easy to eat foods is a little bit of a blessing. It all come straight to your table you don't even have to move,so you can just focus on feeding the baby. The staff is incredibly nice even the ones who are new are very professional. The staff consistently will check on the table which is something I look for in a restaurant. Overall I give this place 5 stars read more

Well it is all you can eat. On a high note the smoked beef brisket was tender and the sauce tangy. Now an excellent brisket shouldn't need sauce but the combo was good. Most of the other dinner food was pretty mediocre. Breakfast was a great combination of items. The omelet and pastry that I ate was almost inedible. How the fried potatoes were yucky is beyond me. My family and I really enjoyed our dinner at Bricks restaurant. My wife and I are GF and the chef, Tyler, walked us through the buffet explaining the options. We were surprised how much was available to us without requesting a special GF version. The vegetarian curry was good, the chicken Marsala was great, steak was good, same with pulled pork. We had our son there as part of his birthday and they made the most amazing ice cream sundae for him. The food was very good. They had a station for the kids to service themselves with their favorites including some healthy items. They barbecue they had was amazing for a buffet. Fair to give 3 stars....here's why..... Price: 2 adults and 1 kid... $50. (It is in line with area restaurants). Food: Not as good as hoped, but the macaroni was fantastic! Staff... some are super awesome while others seem overwhelmed, but I can't blame them....it's clearly not easy if you have been on duty for hours and are required to stand all the time. Inside and outside staff have to stay standing and that's sad. Breakfast is decent at best. I get that it is buffet style so surely you can find something to your liking....and it's free for hotel guest...so who's complaining? One dinner there was enough for me to recognize that we could go out and try something else since it would be $50 anywhere other than fast food. I'm not disappointed at all. We really had a great two days. Everyone who loves legos will love all it has to offer here so come see for yourself. Hotel gets a 5 but for now the buffet gets a 3. Wow, this is really poor food. We came in expecting average at best, but it barely was edible. The buffet is a typical buffet, but nothing shines through here. Even the macaroni and cheese was one note of flavor. Thankfully my son was able to find enough to eat, lots of chicken fingers. We will not be back to Bricks for dinner, worried about our free breakfast. Breakfast is now served... One star for dinner, two for breakfast. It's really difficult to screw up breakfast, it's really easy to make. The food was mostly edible, but the ingredients are clearly low cost. The meat was super salty. We just have very very good experience at Shipwreck Restaurant. We got table late 40 mins because restaurant very busy. And we do understand about turning table problem. Server (Jasmin) shows up with in couple mins to take the order. By that time my kids very hungry, with our body language, We got attention by Sous chef, her name is Air. She take care us very very well. I would say everything beyond service, my kids could get food with in 5 mins. And our food really good, starter, salad, entree, but Im not really enjoying dessert because too full lol. Again everything worth every penny. I would say apart of the return to the hotel again next month, because of Air. We do really appreciate her service. read more
