Vibes and Christmas decor was a 10/10. My sisters and I stopped by after paint night for some burgers and they did not dissapoint. We got the Sinners burger. Was really good with their house chili oil fries with some form of cheese. Try the fries they were delicious ! Service I would rate a 6/10. They were busy & that reflected in their service. Often times the server forgot what we ordered and we waited about 30 mins for our food to arrive. We ordered additional items and we had to remind her of them. Then that came out another 15 -20 minutes later. Be mindful if you're on a time crunch to order ahead or look at the menu if you go during rush hour. Their fountain starry is actually really good aswell. Very refreshing. They are quite busy so keep that in mind as you will have to order your items at the bar, then a waitress eventually comes to your table to deliver items. One of our favorite locals. Went for lunch today and it was very busy in and outside. Had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and Cole Slaw side. Very tasty, great bun, generous patty and lots of Swiss and grilled onions. Mt Sweetie had the Tri-tip French Dip and a side salad. Very generous and excellent Tri-tip. Drinks were okay but overpriced. Food was overpriced and a bit weird. I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos. They would have been good without the weird Mayonnaise based sauce that they were drowned in. Service was spotty as well but it was during an event. They probably should have anticipated more staff. I stumbled upon this place on a random Friday, and it was starting to fill up pretty quickly. You want in line, but that moves along as you're going over the menu. They have music playing, and it all feels very welcoming. You order at the front and then they give you a number and you find a seat inside or outside. We ended up sitting at the bar, but we had the best time. The servers were amazing, the community that they have built shines. They are all very friendly. It's definitely an Environment that you can go to just have a quick drink and but to eat or to bring your kids to play out in the yard. They are doing it right! We ordered the lemon garlic shrimp skewers, which were pretty good. Then, we had the cheeseburger and added bacon and a fried egg. Stopped in yesterday because the sign out front next to the door said it was for the restaurant that was inside the building. After waiting several minutes at a table I finally saw somebody walk up to the bar and start ordering from a menu at the cashier station. I walked up and stood next in line, and after the customer walked away, the cashier went over and started helping the bartender make drinks instead of asking me any questions. They looked over at me several times, but never acknowledged me. Finally, I walked down to where they were and asked a question about the menu and showed them the picture on my phone of the food that was advertised for the place labeled out front. They then laughed and said that's next-door. Since I was staying in the hotel in the same parking lot, I stupidly went back the next day for lunch thinking that the barbecue tri-tip sandwich looked good. Boy was I wrong. It was inedible and I believe with as much sauce as they had on it to try and cover the taste of the meat that the meat was probably bad. I'll know more tomorrow. Service still sucked with nobody being at the bar this time for quite some time and it wasn't until I was going to leave when somebody hollered out I'll be right there. I enjoy coming here because there are always seats available. As far as the food I never really seem to enjoy their burger. It's always so dry everytime I order it and the menu is always the same. I love their loaded fries and their Caesar salad was good. The cocktail drinks are always somewhat good, but I never want seconds. I liked their French 75, but their cocktails taste like cough medicine. The beers on tap are always stellar. Great place to watch a game or play trivia if your into that. The service is always great and the associates are nice. The ambiance is always good and we came on Marther Luther King Monday and it was full. We enjoy the crowd and will come back again. read more

We were given some menus and told to order at the bar where you order your food and drinks. We ordered a pizza and some bread knots along with a couple of beers. Outside was nice with a view of the fountain and pond in the back with lots of kids and dogs playing in the area. The food came out pretty quickly. The crust was a little thicker than we usually like but was good. They have lots of televisions to watch sports and they had a pool table in back by the restrooms. They have TVs up and a big screen they set up for major games in professional sports. It's counter service only so you order and pay for drinks / food at the counter (including tip) and they give you a number with your order to bring the food out to you. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Ribs are meaty and tender, a little too much sauce. Wings are delicious and can be ordered with different sauces. Tacos are good too! They have a good rotating tap list. Parking is easy at this location. The Roseville restaurant is similar but without the counter service. read more

We are 21 year olds watching the game doing absolutely nothing wrong and the manager chose to say that we r cut off, same as some ppl outside, but we sat there minding our own business, not making a it ruckus at all. Brickyard Counter & Bar is located in the Town Center in El Dorado Hills. I was in the area getting a massage and came here for dinner afterwards. I loved the outdoor sitting area with the giant man-made pond. It's a great view and area for kids to run and play while waiting for your food. Now on to the food, I was not a fan! We ordered the Brickyard Fries and I did not think the red pepper flakes and blue cheese meshed well together - weird? IDK. I also ordered the Burnt Tip and Chicken Tacos - the Burnt Tip tacos were my favorite, and the Chicken tacos were dry. We were pretty disappointed in the food unfortunately. Maybe we'd come back for drinks! Staff was friendly and you order your food inside at the counter and they bring it out to you. FYI - watch out for the geese that wonder around! My wife and I went with our daughter to the Brickyard two weeks back for the first and last time. My daughter and I are both gluten free due to medical issues. My daughter and I were pleased to see that there were gluten free buns available for our burgers, so we ordered very clearly two burgers with gluten free buns. I started to feel a bit off as I ate, but everyone else was fine. We ended up getting a box and taking the food home. Later my stomach really started hurting and I went to the leftover boxes and discovered that my daughter's bun looks very different from mine. My wife tasted both buns and let me know that I had been given a regular bun. That explained the reaction that I had, and a two day stomach ache that followed. Fortunately, my daughter was fine because her bun was gluten free. I was so upset realizing that the staff hadn't taken the request seriously. Gluten-free is not just a lifestyle for some people, it is due to health issues. I will never return to Brickyard and warn other gluten free folks to avoid. read more
