Had a solid experience overall, though a couple of items were a bit hit-or-miss. The flavor across the board was very good--we ordered the salmon bowl, buttermilk fried chicken, Flaming Arrow, bánh mì, and pizza. The blueberry seltzer was also really good and refreshing! ​On the food side, a couple of minor drawbacks: the bowl only came with four small pieces of meat, which didn't feel worth the price, and the Flaming Arrow was extremely messy because it was drowning in way too much buffalo sauce. ​That said, the service completely made up for it! Our server, Kyle, was fantastic--super friendly, attentive, and our food came out really fast. The restaurant has a great vibe, cool decor, and fair prices overall. The only other issue was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Worth a visit, but hopefully they tweak the bowl portions and sauce on the Flaming Arrow! read more

They have a decent selection of beers and a big menu and do slices at each location that I've ever interacted with. I'm not a huge fan of the beer and pizza quality. We were out and about in Portland and decided to stop in at Brickyard Hollow for a beer. It's a super nice bar that serves drinks as well as their beer. The tap system is pretty cool as it fills the glass from the bottom. I've never seen a pour system like this. The beer 'glasses' were plastic so that was a bit of a bummer. Stopped here for a drink and an app. Had the fried pickles and they were so good! The sauce they came with was fantastic too. They have a large bar and lots of tables. The service was quick and friendly. Lots of beer and drink options. My only complaint was that it was really hot outside and they had the garage door open and it was probably 80 degrees inside. I am so glad we came across this place! I couldn't decide what pizza to get because there were many unique, intriguing options. We went with a half blueberry, half peach pizza because it was a crazy combination but surprisingly so good. I would definitely get the blueberry again but would try a meat pizza next. Love that you can do half and half. Not to mention the gluten free crust was so good and not cauliflower! Actually stayed together and was not burnt. For the regular crust pizza we got half garlic mushroom and half meat lovers. Both super good as well and really appreciated the full roasted cloves of garlic on top. My buddy had the crispy pork bowl and added buttermilk fried chicken which was perfection. We started with the pretzel sticks with a Pilsner cheese dipping sauce. OMG!! My family and I stopped in for dinner after seeing a YouTuber recommend this brewery. The atmosphere was great- open concept and the open garage doors were an awesome plus as it was a beautiful day out! We ordered the meat pizza, spicy chicken burger, and chicken teriyaki stir fry bowl. The stirfry bowl had great flavor and a healthy variety of veggies. I tried a bite of the pizza and it was absolutely delicious- the sauce, the meats, the cheese, the crust, all SO good! I heard the chicken burger was spicy (as indicated on the menu) so if you're not into heat, maybe check out something else on the menu. We sat in the back bar area and our server was very friendly! This place was close to our hotel, and was a moving welcoming establishment to get out of the pouring rain. We ordered an old fashion, the beer flight, fried pickles , and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The server was great, checked in with us and made suggestions/explained the specials. Located in busy downtown Portland right on Commercial Street. Opened late until 10pm/11pm daily. Large area with lots of tables and some bar seating. Lots of screens in that main area. There is a large seated/tabled area with a large screen (a few large screens combined) in that room. There was a great selection of beers to choose from. There were are also a bunch of food options including lots of pizzas! Some interesting toppings/combinations. We got the meat pizza, gluten-free pesto pizza and chicken fingers with french fries and all were good. Kudos to the staff there as all were very good, including our server who was excellent. It's a bit sweet but I enjoyed it and would recommend. We also had a teriyaki chicken bowl, which was fine, but a little dry and a bit expensive for what it was. Guess sticking with pizza at a pizza place is probably the best bet. They had live music when we were there, and the staff was friendly, though service was a little slow. Beer was solid. Off hour is the time to go. This place has space on two sides but fills up quickly; rightly so. Of course you come here to test out the blueberry pizza. The other pizzas are just as worth doing. Reasonably priced compared to what you expect in Portland (a city that is oddly steeply priced). And a few options like - getting 4oz pours of their beers to test and sample, or just because you are wanting less is a great option. Loved that. I stopped in to this brewery while exploring the Old Port area. I was greeted immediately and grabbed a bar seat. It was a cool space with garage doors that open in the front to let the breeze in. I saw the blueberry beer and knew I had to try that one (when in Maine!) - they have a cool "updraft" system where the beer fills from the bottom of the glass, which leads to a perfect pour! They also had a pretty decent food menu consisting of pizza and other snacks, but it was around lunch time on a Wednesday, and they had some pre-made pizza by the slice, so I grabbed a slice of the margarita. It was a big slice and hit the spot! Bar staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend checking this place out if in the area! read more

First time here at this Brickyard Halloween location. We love the Eustis location so decided to try the big city location. Decorated with the industrial feel of concrete and wrought iron. Easy to read signage on the outside for people to locate. It was a busy evening but seating available. We waited for the host to seat us only to find out the bar is first come. Sat at the end of the bar next to the kitchen. It took a few minutes for one of the bartenders to acknowledge us, they were chatting by the register. We were offered menus and my husband wanted help with his beer order. Another few minutes were pass and another bartender is helping us but able to assist my husband with his beer order. Ordered two pizzas to go with our beverages and some loaded fries to nosh on while we waited. Very good. As we waited we watched pizza after pizza go out the door. Obviously a popular place for take out pizza. Service slowed down but the assistance for another drink took some time. Again, chatting away with backs to patrons. Actually put my stop watch on to see how long it would take after the first 4 minutes. Naturally they came a minute and a half later to grab us another round. Pizzas were very good. We both ate half of our pizzas and most of the fries. The service wasn't all that great but we did not lack on a tip just not sure we will be back. read more

We came for drinks so I can't speak to tasting the pizza but it sure looked amazing and next time I'll go for it so ambiance and drinks only. A dollar cheaper for beers. Most everywhere are $9 a pour. Here it's 8. I would recommend the saison. I love it! American amber is good too but the saison is really good. Nice clean and no after taste. One waitress was busting her tail serving and taking care of everyone while a tall blond server talked to another co-worker (male), checked sales for the evening, dusted some plates, and checked her phone. We went here the other day are were pleased with our experience. It was a very nice day and they had the doors wide open which let the nice breeze in which we loved. Server was very kind and patient with us since we weren't familiar with the menu. We got a 16oz cider and a beer which was refreshing and they had a decent selection. For food we had the Buffalo chicken pizza and the peaches with balsamic drizzle pizza. Both were so so good but just a little greasy. I especially liked the combination of peaches and goat cheese . Their menu had some unique options with strawberries and blueberries incorporated into some of their pizzas. Their regular menu items also seemed to catch our eye too. Overall a great experience and fully satisfying food which fulfilled our cravings on the nice day it was. Today I ordered the worst fried chicken sandwich of my life! I paid $17 for the most charcoal-ashtray sandwich I've seen in my life (photos attached). I thought maybe I could stomach it as I'm not really the type to complain about my food but this was pretty crazy... the first three bites were very ashy and the very nice waitress told me that she could get it grilled instead. Okay that was fine with me because she said if I wanted another chicken sandwich it would come out the same way. THE GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS CUBED SALAD CHICKEN. I really can't believe that this place served this to the public. For $17 it should have been a really good sandwich and I didn't eat more than two bites from both awful sandwiches. I really do not like a lot of dough and their pizzas have the great balance of thin crust and tons of toppings. We were immediately seated on arrival and given waters. This place is located off the main downtown strip of bars and restaurants but still parking can hard to find in the area. Me and wifey stopped by for a quick beer before heading back home. I tried the Blueberry Delight Milkshake IPA 6.0% which sounded delicious but to my disappointment it was just ok. I'm a huge fan of hazy IPA's, It wasn't bad but it should have been more flavorful to match the description they put out on their menu. This place has also a large selection of freshly made pizza which we didn't try however we got the cheesy breadsticks with marinara sauce which were excellent! Now I'm definitely curious how the actual pizza would taste. The overall service wasn't bad, a little slow but our bartender was super nice and friendly. I ordered the barbecue wings and potstickers. The potstickers were something you could buy frozen from Trans Market. Terrible and insanely overpriced. The barbecue wings were disgusting. The sauce was like unsweetened ketchup, but more tomatoey with onions (?) in it, that even though they didn't taste like much still managed to have a horrible texture. The wings themselves looked boiled with soggy skin. Im not a picky eater so I managed to get down 4 out of twelve but I would never order those two items again and probably would never get anything else from here.
