I gave it two tries and both times, the quality of work was messy. The latest was a hem for my jeans. Look at the photos to see how the stitching is not aligned and appears quickly sewed without any care. In her defense, the job was less than $20, i guess you get what you pay for? Literally, extending an already existing slit in a Chef coat by 3" on each side should not cost $50.16! I could understand if I was needing same day service, but I asked to pick it up in 4 days. When I picked them up, the original work was unacceptable. The sizing had been changed when they installed the new zipper. Bringing this to their attention, they agreed to try and give inches back. Upon pickup of the attempted fix, however, the metal buckle and buttons had been altered to the point where they no longer close, and the zipper work left the garment completely unwearable. When I brought this to the owner's (Giovanni Perez) attention with photographic evidence requesting a resolution, I was told they "did nothing wrong" and refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund. Buyer beware: if your clothes are damaged in their care, they will not stand behind their work or make it right. Photos attached. You can see how they put the button and clasp on top of one another so neither is functional, and how they moved the hook twice (once during the original tailoring, which they deny in spite of the evidence on the garment, and again when attempting a repair that also crushed the metal of the clasp).

Holy cow the results were amazing! Now, I have a whole box of things for my next round. It's made me completely reanalyze my wardrobe since I know I can get things tailored to fit me better now. One of the best items was a Reformation linen-esque black set that was an XL (pants and bottoms). I'm a medium, she took measurements, tailored them to fit me perfectly.
