There was one person ahead of me who ordered several things but they did not start making the coffee until the items were all paid for and a paper ticket produced. Needless to say, it took 10 minutes to get a coffee made and leave and that's with it not being busy. The cakes looked ok, but not as appealing as some of the picture. Parking is a hassle. All street parking in downtown Phoenixville. Not worth the hassle. Ok for coffee if I'm walking the town anyway and not in a hurry

Maybe it is time for the owners to install a self-check out kiosk or have a self-service cash box as some other farm stores do. The owners should be embarrassed of the current state of the retail side of their operation. I am embarrassed for them. The seafood salads are still pretty good. The dairy products struggle to be average. Flavored milks and sugar drinks they sell are a real snore.

The iPad was a problem and the lengths this server had to go through for a living wage was unacceptable.

The Vegan Blanco Vegan Mozzarella, Tofu Ricotta, Sauteed Spinach, EVOO, Garlic I haven't had pizza in about 3 months so i was definitely looking forward to it. I really enjoyed how they did the Tofu Ricotta the Vegan Mozzarella. My only critique is this - When working with vegan cheese - especially shredded, let it sit at room temperature before popping it in the oven. By doing this, you avoid the 'matchstick' look on the pizza. What happens is that the vegan cheese going from cold to hot is too extreme so it doesn't melt, or spread out - it essentially cooks / burns in place. Having worked with vegan cheese companies over the years, there is a misconception that it is bad to leave the vegan cheese outside on the countertop - not really, it's not cheese. I devoured my pizza and appreciated having a vegan option besides fries and a veggie medley.
