He was polite, professional, and efficient, and I only needed to be out of the house (along with my cat) for about an hour while he sprayed. You're guaranteed three sprays for one initial price, which I found to be very reasonable. When the second spray date came around, I was running behind -- my cat wasn't in her carrier, my stuff wasn't ready, and I was flustered. Peyton patiently waited for me to get everything together and even helped carry a few things to my car! That kind of kindness is rare and so appreciated. By the third spray, I had a new technician named Isaac, who was just as friendly and patient as Peyton (again, I wasn't quite ready -- when they say 11 to noon, expect 11 promptly! ). Both technicians were fantastic: professional, punctual, and genuinely kind people who made a stressful situation so much easier. Our…read morehouse was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. It's always fun to be able to listen to the interactions between performers and the person running the store - they always seem to appreciate each other. Hearing positive in-person interactions is quite a relief compared to the daily glut of online trolling. I always look forward to coming back to Strum.

Sign on door at SE 172nd and SE Powell Blvd states business has moved. Owner does not answer phone at new location. Attempted to pick-up clothes as new location...unsuccessful! The new location (3203 NE Sandy) is more disorganized and disheveled than former location at SE 172nd Ave and Powell. Owner could not find clothes; I helped owner look for my clothes (behind the counter) for 30+ minutes...no luck. During 30+ minutes in store, another customer from former store came to pick-up clothes...same scenario...clothes lost---other customer looking for lost clothes behind counter for 15-20 minutes.
