Katie did not feel that way so she canceled my order and left my 95 year old mother who lives around the corner from her shop with nothing for Mother's Day. This whole episode is the precise opposite of what a florist should provide which is comfort and beauty. This business is spreading hate. No one needs that and certainly not on this holiday. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I prefer reed diffusers over candles for less hazard and more safety. Also, liked some of the collection of tinted stemware...these items are pricey but might be worth it for some. Despite me trying to flag down someone for assistance, the two female staffers pretend to ignore me and continue doing whatever seems to be more interesting than a potential buyer. As much as I like some of the goods, if service isn't even at par, I probably will not shop there. It's unfortunate for them to lose out on prospective customers since the french cafe is going more business. I suggest they should be more proactive in better customer service. I have been past it several times but did not know it was there. The store is small but they have plenty of different styles and sizes of high quality Swiss chocolates. We got to try it last weekend as part of a Mystery picnic experience. The person working at the counter grabbed our to go package and asked some questions, we let her know it was part of the picnic, and she said she had also done the picnic, but down in Coronado. She told us about the shop, the chocolates, about some of the different packages, etc. The chocolates were decadent, rich, sweet and delicious. Our package came with a few different types.
