I called at 3PM on Mother's day to find out why the flowers I ordered at 4PM the day before had not been delivered. The owner of the shop KATIE called me back to yell and berate me for having ordered the flowers "so late" even though her website made no mention of that being a problem. She would not listen to me and went on screaming and calling me "rude". I don't think it's unrealistic to assume that paying $130 for flowers should mean they actually get delivered. Katie did not feel that way so she canceled my order and left my 95 year old mother who lives around the corner from her shop with nothing for Mother's Day. This whole episode is the precise opposite of what a florist should provide which is comfort and beauty. This business is spreading hate. No one needs that and certainly not on this holiday. Please do not bring them your business or rely on them. read more

Bloomers did the flowers for my wedding. They provided the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower girl basket, and 2 big floral arrangements for the church. They worked with my budget and were very helpful in making my vision real. Katie helped me and made suggestions to meet my wedding style with the right colors. I'm so glad I trusted her to make my general ideas come together into something specific. The flowers turned out so beautiful! My only complaint was the flower girl basket they gave us was way too small to hold the rose petals they gave us. Luckily the church was able to provide us with a larger basket. So maybe get your own rose petals and basket if you use them. However, I still highly recommend using Bloomers for wedding flowers. read more

We were beyond happy with the flowers and service Bloomers provided for our wedding. When I met with Kristen to discuss details, she had so many great ideas and she was able to make several great recommendations to help us stay within our budget. We wanted to provide our own boxes for the centerpieces and Kristen let us drop them off several weeks before the wedding. Bloomers even tracked down the obscure orchids we requested for the boutonnieres and my bouquet. All of the flowers looked beautiful and incredibly fresh. Our wedding coordinator spoke volumes about Kristen's enthusiasm during the setup for our ceremony. Pretty high premium and they shipped it to someone else in a different building. Paid for a same day delivery but never got news of the delivery. Only after calling the recipients (surprise!) and calling Bloomers back that they said the delivery is already made (they left it on the floor somewhere) but the recipients didn't receive it. After telling them that the flowers are nowhere to be found and that the recipients looked all over the place (best way to gift someone), they were thoroughly unapologetic and not very helpful. They simply said 'we dotted our i's and crossed our t's' to the tone of 'we left the flowers somewhere, if you can't find it it's your problem'. It took repeated guesses between me and the recipients (oh and btw happy birthday) to hypothesize that they probably went to the building down the street and the recipient had to sneak in the other apartment building to find the flowers in front of someone else's door. Definitely the best way to impress someone. Refused to provide any refund but were nice enough to have sent another flower as consolation when I called in to complain the second day.
