Even though she was already helping a very engaged customer, she still made time to greet me, let me know she'd be right with me, and thanked me for my patience. The cutest Corner flower shop in town! My fiance has been buying me flowers from here their last few months and it was the first time he actually brought me to design my own bouquet! They layout is really cute with a variety of different flowers and different colors and green stuffers to make your own bouquet! I'm definitely not a creative, so I asked the lady to help me make a bouquet. She was super nice, and very cheery, and really added to the whole experience of getting my flower bouquet. Cute little flower stand. So, every year I get my wife a peony flower bouquet for our wedding anniversary. I always have to call multiple flower shops frantically looking for who has them in stock. The ones I found to have them in stock were charging a ridiculous amount per stem because it's 'out of season.' Well, this year Bay Park Flowers comes on the top of my list because they had very competitive peony prices ($8 vs. $15) and the bouquet came out great. This review is for an order that occurred during the Valentine's Day rush, so take it for what it is. The two Saturdays before Valentine's Day, I went to their location and put in an order for a standard medium-sized bouquet ($35), primarily made up of yellow flowers - not the typical Valentine's Day bouquet pre-order they were offering. The girl who was helping me didn't raise any concerns about this order, other than the fact that they might not have yellow flowers, but they'd try to fulfill this request. She wrote my name, phone, and request on a piece of paper filled haphazardly with other pre-orders, and I went on with my day. Fast forward to the next week (the Saturday before Valentine's Day), I arrived to pick up my order. I gave my name and order request, and after checking in multiple locations, lo and behold, there was no record of my pre-order. The lady helping me then suggested I buy a bouquet with some pale yellow flowers for $90 (lol), then offered to split it for half the price. Fine, even though they messed up my order, I still wanted to support this little business. She gave the bouquet for someone else to split, but came back two minutes later saying, sorry, this one is actually $140 - another, almost identical bouquet with pink flowers was $90... did I want that one instead? At that point, I just wanted to leave, so I agreed, paid, and left. The flowers were beautiful, but imo overpriced. That, coupled with the mishaps with my pre-order and less-than-stellar customer service make it difficult for me to justify returning to this florist. read more

Three stars is for the look of the bouquet. They definitely get a 5 star for customer service. It was a same day request, on a Sunday and I think the person taking my order was delivering the flowers (not sure it was even part of her job). Last minute my mom asked me to try and send flowers to her friend's hotel, who was celebrating her 40 year anniversary down in San Diego. I seriously didn't think I'd have much luck on a Sunday to get a same day delivery. But this florist was able to help. The flower arrangements on the website looked beautiful. The clerk asked me what my budget was. I told her a total of $75. This bouquet came out to $80. I think I should have chosen my second option, to get a delivery service to pick up a bouquet from Trader Joe's for $15. It's just an odd mix of flowers. The quality of the flowers looks good. Just a weird arrangement. It was hard because there were no ordering options online. I just thought that because the arrangements in the photos online looked so pretty and well put together, that they would put something nice together. Anyway, the point of my review is to caution people who are calling from out of the area to be specific on how you want your bouquet to look. read more
