Cute place in a nondescript shopping center downtown. Friendly service. My husband says his Americano was great. I ordered their version of Earl Gray tea and asked it be put in the mug I brought in. I was a little surprised that the server was looking on the bottom of the mug to determine ounces - unless you're determining number of tea bags based on size (which she wasn't), does it really matter if you're giving me 12 or 16 ounces of water? Just seemed cheap. Maybe I had a bad taste in my mouth after that, but have to say the tea was terrible. Not sure if it was stale or just bad quality, but it was so bad I couldn't drink it, which is pretty hard to accomplish with tea. I hate giving bad reviews; fortunately, this place's issues should be easy to fix. Don't charge more or less for water, especially if someone brought in their own mug, and get better quality tea. read more

Amazing! Great service and atmosphere. I sat at a comfortable booth with a cute succulent and the barista brought me my drink! I went 2 days in a row, and got an iced latte with the macadamia nut milk - amazing! Farther away from me than other coffee shops, but it is definitely worth the trip. read more

I went in for a cold brew and asked for cream. Very condescending woman basically tried to correct me for ordering it. Then told the barista to put water in it. Five dollars and it tasted like absolutely nothing. I didn't order an americano. I really wished I had driven to harrisonburg and just gotten Starbucks. All coffee shops that offers cold brew understand that people often want cream or even better sweet cream in it. Why you would put water in that is beyond me. I will never return mostly because of the attitude I received. It was my day off and I wanted to treat myself early and start the day with something nice. My day started off terrible and just basically out 5 dollars. I feel like when this business started it was a lot better. I would recommend sugar bean to anyone who was wondering where to get coffee in bridgewater. That or just drive to Starbucks where you won't be disappointed or have uneducated staff treat you in a condescending manner read more

Absolutely delicious! I ordered a vanilla latte here, and it was the best one I've ever had. And that's coming from a girl who orders a vanilla latte everywhere. I was in there 2 Saturday's ago. I asked the girl what was the freshest brewed coffee she had. Medium she said. I asked when was it brewedI9:30 am she replyed. It was 10 minutes till 1. I said are gonna make more? No she said. I at that point turned in my loyalty card with 3 punches on it. She wasn't fazed! It costs $3.90 for large cup of old not hot coffee. The last 2 weeks I went to Bridgewater McDonald's and got 2 large cups of FRESH and HOT coffee for $2.25 so keep on with that! And GOD BLESS your heart. read more
