You pay at a cafe register which is separate from the register to purchase nuts, etc. which is by the door. You then can choose a table and they will bring your food out to you. My friends each ordered the breakfast "panino" which was just a tomato wrap, I don't think it was grilled. I chose the mortadella and provolone on focaccia which was clearly the better choice. It was full of meat and nicely plated with a side of couscous salad. It also had a delicious pesto in it. I wish I would have thought to take a photo. Service is about like the previous location which is why I don't frequent Sierra Nut House. I never feel welcomed or comfortable, maybe I'm not their desired demographic, I don't know. The burrito was a perfect balance between bacon, egg, and potato. They also served it with a side of fresh salsa. Honestly, this was just really great! I walked around the store a little bit while my burrito was being made and looked at some of the stuff that they had for sale. I ended up walking away with a pound of pastrami, because who can say no to fresh pastrami?! All in all, this is a totally awesome place, and I'd highly recommend it!
