Thank you to Ashley and everyone at Simonian Farms for helping to make our 40th high school reunion…read moreevent so successful! Everything from the venue's beautiful grounds, dining/bar setup, options of amenities, its proximity to lodging, and food/catering choices were top-notch and many people who attended were extremely complimentary. So much so, that I am going to include some of the comments from our attendees in this review. Here's what our attendees had to say: "Beautiful yet comfortable casual atmosphere", "Casual yet felt very upscale...wonderful hometown hospitality", "hidden gem", "amazing atmosphere for reunions, family gatherings, and other events", and "perfect venue for our reunion...indoor/outdoor aspect works well...there was more room to accommodate a larger group, if necessary". Ashley was extremely flexible with our plans when changes came up, and she always made sure that we had everything we needed (right down to the last minute patio heaters for the surprise cooler weather!) It goes without saying that we would not hesitate to hold another high school reunion at Simonian Farms in the future! Sanger High Class of 1985 Reunion Committee

They also have a Store where they sell, knickknack stuff, toys, and snack. Food was good but the portions are small! They also have a bar for those that would like an alcoholic drink. There's an ice cream bar as well with different flavors.

My wife had a sandwich please forgive me I forgot the name but I'll look at their menu and post it in the picture. This is a perfect place to have a small family/ friends gathering for any occasion. I do believe they are still working on there bar and drinks. Anyways we loved it and most definitely will be going back.

I came to the new Sierra Nut House location at the corner of Bullard and Marks on Sunday when they…read morefirst opened. This is the old Tony Roma's. It's been a few other things since then but none has done well since. Anyway, I wondered how they would fill this huge space. There is wall to wall Sierra Nut House products as well as some other gift type items. There is plenty to make a gift basket and it looks like they are still adding to the space. There is a section where the old bar is that they have tables to enjoy food. It is a very small menu with several daily specials. You pay at a cafe register which is separate from the register to purchase nuts, etc. which is by the door. You then can choose a table and they will bring your food out to you. My friends each ordered the breakfast "panino" which was just a tomato wrap, I don't think it was grilled. I chose the mortadella and provolone on focaccia which was clearly the better choice. It was full of meat and nicely plated with a side of couscous salad. It also had a delicious pesto in it. I wish I would have thought to take a photo. Service is about like the previous location which is why I don't frequent Sierra Nut House. I never feel welcomed or comfortable, maybe I'm not their desired demographic, I don't know. But I doubt I'll be back.

It took me way too long to come here and now it will be a must stop when looking for a quick lunch…read more I ordered their namesake sandwich a medium "piemonte special" with the works, minus the lettuce. Lettuce might as well be water added to your sando. This deli classic was piled high with salami, ham, mortadella (high-end bologna), cotto salami, and provolone. This sandwich was delicious and with the addition of the "works" mayo, mustard, tomato, wax peppers, onions, and oil + vinegar it was a chef's kiss! A deli sandwich is only as good as it's bread and their bread is amazing! Soft, but chewy and dense enough to hold up with all of the dressings and sauces added on. Not sure if they make the bread in house, but it's great! This is a full on deli/grocery. You can get deli meats and cheese fresh cut and bagged for your home. They also sell tons of of imported goods like olive oil, canned sauce, and marinades. The staff is friendly and you can eat your sando on their front patio or take it go!
