I came in with an inspo pic and the nail tech said she could take care of it. After many attempts it was clear she wasn't very skilled with designs so she asked her co worker to step in. Neither of them could achieve the design and instead of cleaning up my nails she threw a couple of top coats on and asked if I was happy? No! I was nowhere near happy but after being there 2 hours I was ready to go. My nails are messy, bumpy, and the shape of the nails are thick and not even. She didn't bother drilling them down so they don't look clunky, even after I asked her to. Oh, she also cut my cuticle on my left hand too low, I left with it bleeding. In the end she still charged me full price for these!

They set them up with their own seats, snacks, drinks- the works. The pedicure water was nice and comfortably hot. Pros: We had the opportunity to work with Nina, Anne and Leon. All were equally nice and talented. They were very meticulous about shaping and nail art. Nothing was painful! We were offered complimentary beverages and there were other options available for adults. Also, this is one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been in. This was our first time here and I feel in love with the place! It is also conveniently located across from the outlets!
