I was given an 11am appointment. When I had walked in 10 minutes early, there was no one there and another girl waiting. 15 minutes passed, another girl walked in and the three of sat there waiting and no one was there. The owner is pretty understanding but the other lady isn't all she want is money but anyway I always get a full face wax done and the nose is not included which wasn't even properly done even after I paid 5$ extra for it .asked for face mask after wax and she said she was out of it , Face left red all over and that is not normal at all after by few visits first time happened . I am absolutely livid and disappointed!! I have very full eyebrows that were even. This is how I walked out of this salon today 5/30/2019. You have to really trust someone to shape one of your most important facial features that help with your confidence and daily look. I feel comfortable and confident in Jenny. They remodeled this place and it looks so much better, cleaner and brighter. Jenny takes her time with you and has such a rapport with all her clients. She is precise and it shows that she really loves her job. I highly recommend this place for threading and eyelash extensions. The eyelash extensions look natural and feel great. I have also witnessed another client dye her eyebrows. They came out gorgeous. And Jenny was very honest on how long the dye should be left on. I found a Groupon for a Brazilian and figured I'd give it go. I've had really good and really bad so as long as I'm not black and blue and can wear a bikini same day, I'm game to try something new. First I contacted the business and explained I had a voucher and could I make an appointment by text due to a hearing impairment. I received a text back fairly quickly with an appointment date and time and that they are always willing to do so to accommodate my disability. I was already happy, most places will help me out but it always seems like a burden. It isn't far from my house but it was hardcore downpours at the time of my appointment so I showed up soaked. I believe there were about 3 employees there and they all rushed to meet me at the door to help with my soggyness. The place feels super clean and the wax was as quick and painless as it can be... It's never a bowl of cherries. I had minimal redness that was gone by the time I got home and it was one of the longer lasting waxes I've had. I'm making my next appointment tomorrow and I think I may do some threading as well with all these reviews. Horrible service. I called before I came to the location to request hard wax Brazilian. She stated that they provided the service so I asked them the price and if they accepted walk-ins. She gave me prices and said yes so I told them that I would be there within the hour. There was only one lady doing threading and then after I patiently waited for 20 mins she called someone else on the phone for them to tell me to make an appointment for tomorrow because they needed to heat the wax. Personally, I feel it was because there was only one lady in the location and the front space would be unattended while she did my wax. Not right and a complete waste of my time. read more
